  1. Tavaris Jackson and Matt Flynn really hurt the Seahawks and Russell Wilson in 2012. Don't be silly. If the rook is good everything and everyone will be fine. If the rook isn't good, people will blame everything else possible until the rook proves they aren't good.
  2. Wentz is better because his team went out and got Alshon Jeffrey, Torrey Smith, 2 OL, and Blount, and then traded for Ajayi too.
  3. Who is making that argument? I like Tyrod a lot. I don't want him in Buffalo next year.
  4. Again, ignoring the money and whatever crazy stuff needs to play out for Tyrod to be our starter next year, if Tyrod is starting and our Rookie isn't it's because the Rookie isn't good enough (yet).
  5. I want Rosen. Realistic scenarios still need a few weeks to play out though.
  6. The money's going to be tricky no matter what, unfortunately. We can save like $9M if we let him go, but what adequate replacement do we find for $9M or less? Or do we willingly walk into 2018 with Peterman, a Rookie, and a downgrade vet? It's going to be interesting.
  7. I know a lot of people were excited about Reilly, but I'm excited for Dupre.
  8. The money aspect is a completely different argument. I answered his question under the assumption he's on the roster, along with a rookie.
  9. He wants a rookie that can beat Tyrod in a QB competition. Shouldn't be that hard, right? I mean the guy sucks. Why don't you want our rookie to earn a starting role??
  10. Charlotte has the early AFC game blacked out because the Panthers are on at 1. So they are showing the late AFC game. Probably same thing for ATL.
  11. Lot more factors to it than just those 2, but I'm sure you know that.
  12. It wasn't just the game plan, it was the prep. The guys were practicing 80+ plays and weren't even running 50 in an entire game. Lower reps per play had a major effect on execution. Lynn dialed that back to 40-45 plays, doubled the reps and was willing to run the same play twice if it worked the first time.
  13. Well 1 OC got fired because he approached game prep very poorly. Another is currently a HC. And the last one is still our OC. If you want to blame Tyrod for Roman being fired then give him credit for getting Lynn promoted (literally the same season).
  14. Sorry, that's BS. The D allowed 0 TDs the entire Chargers game when LA had to start outside their own 40. I'm not going to hold the D responsible for scores that occurred due to and average start location of our own 38.
  15. Could be negotiated and agreed upon 1 week prior to league year (legal tampering period), then have paperwork filed on first day of league year.
  16. We don't have a 7th to offer. Unless you mean a 2019 7th, which is practically worthless.
  17. Almost all of their pieces have a comment section.
  18. If you want to get technical, the last time they lost the division was when Ronnie Brown was playing Wildcat QB for the Dolphins.
  19. Nah, he's at rumblings. I just don't like to name the competition.
  20. I agree, but I don't think it's unfair to assess them as a tandem. When both are on the field only one can get the ball on any given play.
  21. As a tandem they're doing exactly what they've done every year they've been together, actually.
  22. Cooper also had a start to the year that rivaled Zay's. Doesn't explain bad play now, but he was not helping Carr to start the year.
  23. He's on that other fan site and posting regularly, fwiw.
  24. That trade was agreed to (3/3/15) 1 week before the league year began (3/10/15).
  25. You think we can throw in Dennison?
