  1. I never visited the other site but my favorite thing is that (so far) I haven't come across a single post claiming that the shut down of that site is irrefutable proof that the Bills will keep/cut/trade/fold/spindle/mutilate Tyrod.
  2. I've seen that sentiment a few times before and as someone with a low post count I thought I'd weigh in. Just because someone doesn't have a high post count doesn't mean they don't have something useful to contribute. I think the vets on the board and the mods do a good job policing the site as witnessed in the past day. Setting an artificial limit might just encourage people to post unnecessarily to meet the quota.
  3. Was there a "Pegula Jet Watch" thread on BBMB? I can't speak to BBMB, but this board has great Bills/football content and discussion and the occasional humorous link like this that keep bringing me back.
  4. I don't disagree, but unless you're convinced Cardale is the answer I don't see why we should jettison a competent QB.
  5. If he has his way, you're right: “I’m tired of watching the playoffs on my couch,” he said in January. “It’s been a frustrating year. It’s been a frustrating career.” http://www.newsday.com/sports/football/jets/jets-granting-brandon-marshall-his-release-source-says-1.13202408
  6. I understand the appeal, he's only a year removed from a huge year and he's been a beast in the past. But this past year I saw him drop a ton of passes, he's a bit of a head case and I don't think he's ever been the #2 receiver which would concern me. I'm also pretty sure that he's never sniffed the playoffs so probably not a great fit despite the talent
  7. Robert Woods visits a holistic wellness center and becomes sound of body and mind
  8. If there's a silver lining its that nobody's obsessing about EJ anymore.
  9. I have a bigger problem with Moss than TO. I thought Moss quit on the Raiders, thats worse than anything I can remember TO doing. I wasn't a fan of either player but they both belong.
  10. I find it hard to believe that Whaley thinks CJ is "the guy" since he only let him play one quarter in the last game. If he cuts TT loose I think it's lack of confidence in TT as opposed to confidence in CJ.
  11. Same result in terms of TOP and outcome, but I never got the impression that the Pats were playing keep away to control the game.
  12. Gostkowski doinks a PAT, but the Falcons FG is a given? I'm not saying I don't get the 3 run, burn the clock strategy, I just don't see it as the only way to win the game.
  13. I hear ya, and I totally get that running three times was the safe move. Kind of like how the prevent D is often considered the safe move. But they have a top flight offense and if they don't take the sack, run it into the line and hit the FG all is well. To me the problem was not executing (i.e. - taking the sack).
  14. I think I'm one of the few people who had no problem with the play call. IMO opinion the problem was taking the sack. Everyone is taking for granted that they make the FG. If they miss the FG are all the second guessers going to say they should have been aggressive...hadn't they already over the ball from deep in their own territory?
  15. Nothing original here but my favorite teams are the Bills and whoever is playing the Patriots, so yeah !@#$ the pats
  16. Interesting that Terrell Davis and Kurt Warner made it in the same year. I wonder who got voted in first and if whoever got in first helped the other in the voters minds. Both had periods of greatness but neither had the longevity often expected.
  17. And how about the choke gesture when he was coaching the Jets and Miami missed an extra point?
  18. I put together a prop bet pool for my office. 30 questions...heads/tails. receive/defer, first score, etc.. Then I added question 31: Will Tom Brady be a whiny maggot at some point in the game?...and I gave everyone an automatic yes and one point
  19. Wife, 2 kids, gray and thinning hair. Some great travel experiences and really not much to complain about. Except for: 1 playoff series win for the Islanders, 2 WS losses and a small handful of playoff series wins for the Mets and then of course the Bills.
