It's not just Elway that we have to be worried about. The culture in the Bills organization is caustic. What other organization would fire Bill Polian in his prime. We've been nit picking ourselves to mediocrity ever since.

Our offense played much better than an 8-8 team. Fix the defense and we are a playoff team.

He's only interim coach, plus they haven't defined the role Coughlin is being brought in for.

Why? If it was Rex they were talking to then it would be. Last time I checked Coughlin has coached two SB winning teams.

Last time I check 9, 8 & 7 is going the wrong way. People are p!$$ed at the inane decisions that are being made and are coming here to vent about them. I did not know that stubhub has a $6 floor on ticket prices until I saw Bills tickets for sale this year. I'm especially annoyed that our O is playing at a level that can win games and the D is paper thin. How can you watch the Dolphins game and thing that Tyrod is the biggest problem we have from a player perspective. My expectations are not high.

Lynn did an excellent job as OC especially if Tyrod really is as bad as half the people on this board say he is. I liked how Lynn has come out and clearly separated himself from the decision to bench Tyrod, how he wasn't even in the meeting where it was decided. Makes one wonder if we can really expect to bring in anyone of the caliber of HC that this team needs. Lets remember that this is a franchise that both Marrone and Mularkey walked away from. There's only 32 HC jobs and both of these guys felt they'd have better luck elsewhere. Not to mention Wade Phillips being made to bench Flutie and then being run off for not firing Ronnie Jones. The FO continues to be overly meddlesome despite the new ownership. This knee jerk approach to everything is why we are in this position every year. Look at teams like Dallas who tweaked things rather than blowing things up every few years. Look at the Steelers who supported Tomlin and developed him. Then look back at us and it's really no surprise why we are where we are.

Wow!!! This is a depressing thought. 16 games per season like the one in London last year. Surely I'm not the only one who sees Tyrod as a solid starter who gives us a chance to win until we find a #1 QB that meets the standards of this board.

I completely agree. The names being mentioned to help fix this are the type of people we need. Rex will get a gig on tv and be excellent in that capacity.

Does anyone really think that the Dolphins would start Moore over a healthy Tannehill? Enough said.

I beg to differ. Let me explain, you win by scoring more points that your opponent. Now stay with me here being a top 5 scoring team means something. If you are top 5 you have half the way there, now you need to focus on your defense and make sure they know how to tackle. If you improve the defense, those pretty offensive stats get you a lot of wins. Just sayin..

Why do these posts still happen. I like how our offense played last week. If we'd had Sammy and Woods all season would we be hammering incessantly on Tyrod. An offense needs to have weapons. Even Clay looked good when we had our guys back. I would humbly suggest that the negative energy be focused on players like Gilmore who should be playing elsewhere eating up some other team's salary cap,

Our defense sucked. Nothing else matters compared to that simple fact. How many missed tackles were there today. The offense gave us signs of hope but our defense remains as the reason the playoffs were not achieved this year. Typical Rob Ryan defense.

Rex didn't reach for EJ in the first round. The Jaguars loss in England last year clearly falls on that decision. I'd be interested to hear the other games we should have won last year.

This would be a solid move. Even at his age Coughlin would change the culture and get his successor ready. I support this plan, lets do it

I'd like another option to vote on. If he agrees to get rid of Rob and is willing to be more open to other approaches on D then I say give him a 3rd year. Churning through coaches is rarely a path to success.

For me it was how he quit. He should have told his players in person. That's why I don't care for the guy.
