  1. If by money you mean door then I agree. He has more potential than passion.
  2. Maybe the fans were quiet so the Steelers wouldn't wake up. I was really surprised/disappointed by how low energy the Steelers were.
  3. Thanks for the insight Cliffie.
  4. After sending them Peerless Price it's the least we can do :-)
  5. That's not what I said. You are either being obtuse or simple lack intellect, I can't tell which yet. We have players that are not accountable and do not put in the effort to win. #99 is a prime example of all the talent but not the maturity. The culture at Buffalo is broken. Listen to what players who leave and move to winning teams say about the culture in those locker rooms.
  6. Not really, he is a talented receiver that has a knack of getting open, It's why they started calling him 7-11 when he was a prospect with the Dolphins. He is a player that we really could have used this year. That said he was tired of the culture in Buffalo and wanted out, So rather than us improving the culture in order to keep him, we let another talented player that wanted to win move to a winning program. And this explains why we are sitting at home watching the Patriots and Steelers contend for a another shot at the Superbowl.
  7. I remember having lots of arguments with people on this board about Hogan and them saying how much he sucked. Now they're calling for the Bills to move on from Tyrod. Will they ever learn.
  8. Hey EBall it's time to write another one of those letters. We got crazy talk going on in some other threads. People are talking about Cutler and Manziel. Time for you to work your magic.
  9. The Jets (and others) need to hit Brady when they are presented with the opportunity.
  10. I have 2 questions 1. How is this thread 4 pages long 2. How did it even get started. Clearly no one wants the Bills to stick with EJ. This site needs a better filter on what threads are allowed. 4 pages of "that concept is fooking crazy" clearly shows that there are better topics to discuss. Can we have one on how we can improve the defense?
  11. So the Phish were right to stick with him and let him grow ? There were times when he wasn't even average
  12. What is going on. We have a thread with people making a lot of sense. Tyrod makes plays and does not turn the ball over. He is not HOF bound but given the chance he can run an efficient offense like he did in week 16. Is Tannehill it bruh?
  13. The numbers that show we averaged 23.7 points per game against those teams while our blameless defense gave up an average of 28.4 points. 23.7 points a game should get you more wins unless you have a defense that doesn't tackle and gives up 28.4 points. I'm hopeful we have Tyrod back with a healthy Sammy coz that 23.7 is going to be a lot higher. Well said, could not agree with you more.
  14. Great to see someone with a track record laying out the real issues in such a clear and simple manner. Now I just hope the Pegulas listen.
  15. Let's go with the guy who coached 2 SB winning teams against the Patriots can't help out our 7-9 team.
  16. SMH. I'm not talking about rushing stats. I'm talking about scoring, aka points on the board. The "things" that if you have more of them than you opponent you win. We got a lot of them this year. If we can replicate that scoring success AND cut down the amount our opponents get by 20% we easily make the playoffs. Look at the number of teams with winning records that we scored 24+ points on. Are you deliberately being obtuse about this or is your last name Ryan?
  17. I've learned that there are people on here who see facts or stats or logic as a sign of weakness. The number threads on ditching TT vs the number of threads focused on improving the defense highlights this. If it was only that simple as to cut TT and pick up the mystical QB that is just sitting there. 7th ranked scoring offense with Watkins and Woods out for much of the season. 24+ points in 11 (out of 15) games. I appreciate that you are trying to help these goons but they don't like it when you get logical.
  18. I'm still amazed that there were people on this board last week arguing for EJ and how much he has improved. Can we stop the madness. Look how bad this offense looked without TT. The Jets suck on any other Sunday.
  19. Hate to be the wet rag but who cares. We have to have the mindset that we lost both of those games, as well as 7 others. We only won one divisional game despite scoring 24 or more points in 11 games. I only care about how we maintain this offense and get our defense back to competitive level.
  20. Not sure that he was still in his prime in 2011. But you have to admit looking at the success he brought at Carolina and Indy since we fired him in 1993 it was a mistake to fire him for the reasons we fired him.
  21. Keep Lynn, keep Tyrod. Let Lynn bring in an OC that shares his offensive vision. Hold the defense players accountable and sit/cut players who do not give 100% at practice or in games. Talent is great but effort is essential. We have too many players (mostly on defense) who are not doing their job. We scored 24 or more points 11 times this year. Our defense is a shambles. Lynn is an excellent offensive mind my problem is that winning is challenging when your defense performs as badly as ours.
  22. Shanahan and hope we find a QB in the draft???
