Every starter has trade value. Especially one of Cook’s quality. No significant trades have been done regarding that position. They all played their final year then signed elsewhere; Saquon, Jacobs, Henry, Aaron Jones and Mixon to name a few. Hopefully he plays and an extension gets done. If he isn’t going to play, trade him and the next man up.

You’re absolutely right. But come playoff time? It’s pretty much consistently all Allen. I will however tip my hat to Cook for the Denver and Kansas City games last season. He was an absolute baller in those.

Smelling Salts NOT Banned by NFL - (updated scents!)

Wasn’t a huge McConkey fan prior to the draft but thought he was above Pearsall/Worthy/Legette/Coleman in quality. Not disregarding what Coleman may turn out to be, which I believe is a solid journeyman at worst, but the more I see, read and hear regarding Ladd it’s tough to argue against him. Guy looks the part of being a damn good receiver.

Rams extend RB Kyren Williams - 3-year, $33 million

Not really shade to Cook because it’s primarily his agent than him. 🤦♂️🤦♂️ -
“Just grew 10 inches.” Wonder if they’d be able to finally dunk the basketball???

No shade to Cook but it’s nice to see a guy that’s willing to take some value and not cripple the team financially. -
Man, if he’s a loser I don’t know what that makes the majority of us fans… SMH.

Good call, forgot about him. Certainly a gap between him and the next guy like you said. Thanks!

Bills 4th Round Pick : Deone Walker - DT - Kentucky

LMAO ED AND THE DANCING BEAR NOISES (57 seconds for anyone wondering) -
Well aware of that. But moving Keon around should be something to consider as it’ll primarily be those guys of Moore/Samuel working behind Shakir/Kincaid from that space. On top of that, all I heard last season when he was drafted and throughout his bumps was how that’s his “best” area to be lined up.

I hear ya very dull but still pretty clean hat. Just bought the Billustration hat in blue, believe they ship those out after 8/8? love the hat but the back of that has absolutely nothing. Should have added Josh’s signature or even a hand drawn 17, JA17 or even the Bills lettering. Wonder if the back of these is blank too? Going by the fronts, probably yes lol Seems like @Augie said, lack of effort and just making something to make something.

There’s always that one guy!!! 2 waiver wire pick ups for a star and a key player! Great deal!!!

I dunno man. The AFC is stacked in general and if Bo Nix and the Broncos can improve from last year, the Chargers actually show up and the Raiders can get some semblance of what Geno Smith has shown with a possible workhorse in Jeanty, then that West might not be theirs. Aside from the blowout, starters resting, to end the season against Denver… the other 5 divisional games were all one score. Im not in the camp they miss them. I think they make them but zero chance? That’s a bit unjust to their division and the AFC as a whole.

Well you just have to make sure she never hears the end of it until the next Kentucky Derby!

Now don’t get me wrong, there’s things I do once in a blue moon for myself and the wife but the be all end all is your children. Life’s hard enough as it is, nothing better being there to enjoy their journey into the man or woman they become and help it be as easy as possible when they get there. For the actual essence of hobbies, I’ll have time for that when they have things figured out. Secretly, I hope that never happens! Ha! Your father did it right, never get a second chance at turning back time to when they’re young!

Someone said to me last year when he died that he was the Josh Allen for the Bills that era… Never saw him play other than old footage and that thanksgiving game against Detroit, wow. What a football player he was!
-
yeah, that division is rough. Will be even tougher now with Geno Smith and the Raiders. Will give them some due they picked that high before Harbaugh; they lost Herbert for the last third of the season. Even then, that’s crazy given they have a guy who’s anointed as on of the top 10, borderline top 5 guys at that position in the league. There’s talent there it’s just the coaching has let them down. As it did again in the playoffs against Houston. Like Herbert’s game but the guy has been a dud in the two playoff games he’s made and it isn’t even close.

All good dude, I totally understood where you were coming from. I just feel the part we are splitting hairs was him being a go to guy in crunch time. He produced in the playoffs, even moderately against Philly as the go to guy. I think you put him on a team like Detroit, Rams, Tampa or Minnesota his number inflate. In essence, great player but needs a little help to be truly “dominant”.

Cam Lewis makes the team. No doubt in my mind. Hancock & Codrington Alec Anderson and SVG Shaq Thompson/Spector/Ulofoshio (one has to make it for STs alone) Dewayne Carter and Deone Walker for the DLine That’s my 8 I guess… Secondary and interior DLine are the toughest questions. Some talent is going to be lost there. Tough choices for Beane and Sean coming up. Biggest conundrum comes when Larry O and Hoecht are eligible to return.

I understand and totally get the conclusion that you’re at. It’s not wrong and it’s not right in totality. Not saying he’s on the level or even close to any of those guys you listed, he’s not. But there’s only maybe 10 guys in the league tops that he doesn’t stack up against and a few of them is splitting hairs. But I do agree completely he isn’t “uncoverable”. High end 1B option in today’s league. Im a huge fan of Amon St. Brown but I think if you switched Terry with him he’s borderline all-pro. Only guys I see clearly above him, night and day, are Chase, Jefferson, Nabers and maybe Garrett Wilson and Brian Thomas.
