I was extemely close to taking Gilislee in fantasy. Obviously last night would have been great to have him. Overall though it is hard to trust Belicheck with RB's. Don't be suprised to see Gilislee end up with 14-15 TD's on the year but he might only get 600-700 yards. He will be boom or bust. I would think they will use White more in the long run. They are really going to need his receiving skills out of the backfield. Especially if Amendola is out for an extended period.

If they don't find a replacement for Edleman and possibly Amendola by the time we play them late in the season they will probably be playing a different style. The other encouraging thing is that #39 on he Chiefs couldn't cover in that game the firs three quarters without making a huge penalty. Yet the Pats and Brady still struggled and loss. Maybe our secondary has a chance.

Same here. My first impression was that they were SLOW. Very little pass rush. Brady sailed more high and long balls last night then I have ever seen him throw in his career. Not sure what the deal was. The only guy he could hit consistently was Amendola who was playing the Edleman role. He couldn't connect with Hogan at all going like 1-6 to him or something like that. That was the same year they also got blown out in Arrowhead week 4. So they started 2-2. It was definitely sky is falling attitude in New England.

His durability was a bit of an issue. And we had him when he was young. You usually don't get more durable with age. I don't see Gilmore aging well.

I still want to go after the #1 pick so here is to the Jets being in sole possesion of 1st place.

I want to lose this game so bad. I think the biggest reason is fear of the Jets ending up with the number one pick. First time in 25 plus years of cheering for the Bills where I legitimately feel like I will route for them to lose from the opening kick off. If there wasn't another team in our same division that was a huge favorite for the #1 pick going into this season then I think I would have a completely different outlook on this game and possibly the season as a whole.

I think SOS or SOV is somewhere in there before point differential. SOV would obviously be the same for both Bills and Jets. SOS could possibly favor the Bills if the Colts and Bengals combined record is greater than Jaguars and Browns. But actually I think that would then favor the Jets because they would have had the easier schedule and still finished 1-15.

Serious question. What is the tie-breaker for 1st overall pick if both Jets and Bills end up 1-15?

That is the fear. Peterman will look like Trent Edwards and people will think he will improve in his second year only to regress or be the same lame QB.

I'm not entirely convinced of that just yet. Taylor's athletic ability alone could still enable him to make enough plays to be the better QB. It's not like Peterman has lit it up against 2nd 3rd and 4th string competition.

Really? With what we have seen from him in the preseason you would still rather pass on him for a complete unknown at the position? No guarantee he will be a franchise guy still but he's definitely off to a good start.
