  1. Offense can't put defense in bad positions but defense has to make a play!
  2. Where's the damn pass rush?
  3. Crap waste of a great turnover!
  4. let's see, the owner dies, there's no new lease agreement, the team goes up for auction and a LA group bids 2 billion and then they leave. That's trouble. Add in a dying city, whose population is 1/2 what it was 50 years ago, a dead economy, the lowest ticket prices in the NFL, high state taxes, exactly what part of this equation can't you see? I hate it all but none of this is non truthful.
  5. I just think the short work week for NFL teams is stupid. Why not Friday night Football? Who cares about HS football, if your kid is playing HS ball you're going no matter what, and with DVR's you can alway record the NFL game if there's a HS game you want to go see. Plus HS games start at 7/7:30, if the pro game started at 8:30, you could get home in time to see the 2nd half, if not more.
  6. My thoughts exactly. By the end of this year Darius is a pro bowler and people around the league will see exactly how big a beast he really is. the entire season depends on that DL being completely dominant!
  7. I like rules. Helmets should not just come off when a player gets hit. Wear the proper size and ear pads and by penalizing players who can't keep their equipment on should force them to use that equipment correctly.
  8. I hate doing this because you never know with injuries how one games effects the next week....however at NY Jets 1:00pm W KANSAS CITY 1:00pm W at Cleveland 1:00pm W NEW ENGLAND 1:00pm L at San Francisco 4:25pm L at Arizona 4:05pm W - hate this game, back to back out west - major trap game TENNESSEE 1:00pm W Sun. Oct. 28 BYE at Houston 1:00pm L at New England 1:00pm L MIAMI 8:20pm W at Indianapolis 1:00pm W JACKSONVILLE 1:00pm W ST. LOUIS 1:00pm W 16 SEATTLE* 4:05pm L Sun. Dec. 23 at Miami 1:00pm L Sun. Dec. 30 NY JETS 1:00pm W - These last two games are also trap games, one of them will be an unforseen loss. 10-6 and I still think somehow we end up 9-7. love to be way off and they end up 12-4 but the offense scares me and I need to see this defense make big plays when needed.
  9. 9-7 tops....team still has too many flaws and only way they make playoffs is if Fitz keeps mistkaes to a minimum.
  10. And we passed on drafting Ryan Mallett, Andy Dalton , Colin Kapernak among others to be in this situation.
  11. OMG. I just threw up! Really anyone in the Bills brass thinks this is an answer!
  12. Matt Schaub, traded March 2007 for 2 second round draft picks. Come guys anyone not think he would have done better than JP Losman and Trent Edwards? Aaron Rogers but that's hindsight, though we didn't have a 1st round pick that year, thanks JP Losman. Joe Flacco instead of drafting McKelvin is another one. Plus I really feel Russell Wilson is going to be a good one but that's 100% speculation while the other three have shown they can play.
  13. 2nd round was too early but I wish we would have been able to grab him in round 3, but didn't he get picked before the Bills selected? Living in NC I can tell you, he's atheltic, VERY accurate and smart. You don't have to be 6-4 with a rocket arm. Oops, it was 6 picks after we picked TJ, and he was the only pick I wasn't overly thrilled with. Too early to say, but I am thinking I'd rather have Wilson over Graham but what the hell do I know.
  14. Fitz is 6-14 with not one rush attempt....wth OK, idk that, isn't run blocking important too?
  15. seriously, this might be the only way Buffalo ever gets a New Peace Bridge built and furthermore, perhaps even a new stadium for the Bills. I seriously doubt a bid will ever happens because it's Buffalo and they can't decide anything.
  16. Fayetteville, NC born and raised in North Tonawanda!
  17. It looks like he will make the team no, too me it sounds like he's going make the team, we haven't seen him on the field, we have only heard about him from what the coaches have said. sorry, had to be done.
  18. Once you get beyond the first 10-15 players opinions throughout a draft, any draft, start to differ greatly! For OL very difficult to evaluate most of these guys because so few college teams use a pro system, with pulling guard and trap blocking. They almost all use zonal blocking skeems and in the pros use a much wider variety of blocking techniques. Only Sanford, Wisconsin and a handful of other programs really run a stsyem that make evaluating there OL easy for pro scouts. here's two good question for everyone. 1. What the biggest difference between a RT and LT? 2. Exactly what is a waste bender? and how does that hurt your ability as an OL?
  19. Great draft but why pick a kicker in the 7th? I like what I read about all the picks except the WR from NC State. I live in NC and down here he's not viewed as a great player. Everyone else seems to have big time upside. Had they drafted a QB late, I be willing to give them an A but I'll grade it as a strong B.
  20. Tough call but sure it's possible! My dad took me to games starting at the age of nine (1978 - a 24-10 win over the Baltimore Colts). So many of my memories of the Bills were my dad taking me to Rich Stadium to see my hometown team. That's hard to duplicate if you grew up in Illinois but for whatever reason, people can truly bleed emotionally for any team if you feel they are your team.
  21. I like the pick. Gilmore was the second best CD on the draft with a higher grade than any OT or WR. When the LB went #9, where else could they go and value? Gilmore will give us incredible DB depth and he'll likely be a starter by week 8. Imagine if Aaron Williams keeps improving, we could gave our starting CB's for 7/8 years. Plus you know the level of competition he's faced. Go back and look at tape vs Green from Georgia! The guy can flat out play! Nice job Buddy!
  22. How the Bills have drafted RB's over the past decade makes everyone question the drafting and scouting department, Nix or whomever in charge. Then throw in a Mayben, drafting safeties at #8, trading up for Losman but showing reluctance to aggressive move ahead of Pittsburgh for Big Ben. We all have plenty of evidence to be scared when the Bills turn in the card!
  23. Really? I'm all about winning in the off season. Call me with your votes if were 10-4 with 2 games to go!
  24. You think Trent Richardson is getting past #4. You must be one of those drinking the Tannehill water. No way Cleveland goes there. Blackmond maybe but not a QB.
  25. According to the draft chart, 10th is worth 1300 and 27th & 31st are equal to 1280, so if they'd add a 6th I'd do this! Can't see Cincinnati trading 17& 21 for 10th because no way we add another pick to equal out the value!
