If you think .00001% is the unknown, I don’t know how to help you. That is closer to what we DO know! We don’t even know much about our own oceans, forget the rest of the universe and laws of physics. Most of the universe is dark energy and dark matter, and we don’t even know what that is. You flatter our knowledge as a species, greatly. I say we know very close to squat and there are things we cannot even imagine all around us.

Let’s start with the title, “Why we MIGHT be alone.” Then he goes on to explain how we don’t have enough information to make many conclusions because…..we don’t know. I don’t think this is as convincing as you seem to think it is. He says it’s OK to say “I don’t know what’s out there”, but you seem to take that as proof that there is nothing out there. That sounds like some of that bias he was warning against. Thank you for supporting the thoughts of many with this clip.

I’m also arriving at Heathrow Thursday morning about 8am (Delta from ATL) and I figured I’d drop my bag at the hotel and wander about. I was curious about check-in time and just realized it looks like I’m booked for Wed night! The sensible thing to do would be to cancel that night. The wife said “just keep it if you want, you might be glad you did.” I love my wife! As for the transportation, we’ll just have to figure it out. I guess that will have to be part of the adventure! .

This is bizarre, but I have been sitting here with my wife watching Aerial Argentina in 4k waiting for the OSU vs ND game. Her sister has been with a guy from Argentina forever.

I forget which club we would go to, but it was more than hot dogs and beer. They had that stuff, along with the full open bar and the carving stations. All VERY easy to have access to. The players literally ran thru the club to get out to the field. It’s a great experience. I can’t speak to value as the daughter-in-law had access to passes thru work, but I’d pay a pretty penny for that! .

I was excited about the cheap concessions at Mercedes Benz Stadium……until I went three different times to get something and gave up because the lines were so long I’d miss the game completely. That article was from 2018 and my experience was around then (when did the Bills play there?). Hopefully they have worked out the kinks. I have been back there, but only for MLS in a club. Oh my! They do THAT right!!!
