Let us pray. You are in the right spot with this one. I never worried much until it got to Cat 4. I’m not too proud to run away, which we did many times over our 3 decades in prime hurricane zones.

I watched him play sitting at a bar in Nashville and I was sure he was going to to a solid starter. Did I mention I was sitting at a bar? It was a great afternoon, but a lousy take. But I’m all for the best options! Always look to improve at everything.

That was a curious situation, indeed. I’m not blaming anyone because I wasn’t behind closed doors, but it was odd.

Odd sidetrack, but…..years ago a friend of mine went to a party where he saw his first ever HD TV. I remember him saying “hockey is great when you can see it better!” Skip ahead to last Saturday when I tuned into the Notre Dame game in Dublin. My TV told me it was available on some channel I didn’t know I had in 4k, would I like to go there? Click! The ND helmets looked like the stuff in the Best Buy showroom when they try to WOW!!! you. It was very cool (though our slow internet struggled a couple times). Hockey would be wise to get some content on 4k feeds, if they don’t already. I’d love to see it and see how much it upgrades the experience. They should have more viewers, it is fast and intense……….says the guy who loved the French Connection but left WNY in 1977 and has viewed little hockey since. EDIT: Think back to golf before shot tracker. I would find that unwatchable now. How it is televised changed the game in terms of viewership. Hockey could learn from that. (Lighten up, it’s nice Sunday background.)

That’s an interesting thought, given the apparent circumstances. I guess it depends on if you can find that special minority owner. 🤷‍♂️

Pretty much the same thing, but my wife was thinking of trading in her SUV, and suggested I replace my sedan, but I just wanted to hang onto it. We stood pat. Just add many zeroes.

You are very predictable. Wrong, but predictable. Nobody in their right mind would call him a bust at this point. They knew it would be a project. It may be disappointing up until now, but he’s not a bust. Time will tell, and NOW is not the time.

Not to mention, how stupid would we feel once we have the inevitable injury or two, then find ourselves short handed at one of the most important positions in the game? ….and I seriously doubt they trade Elam, either. He needs time to learn the game and how to use his physical skills in more of a zone defense.

I said two, with three being more likely than zero. How many we can trade would be a similarly interesting poll. I bet we get some late round pick for at least one guy, maybe two tops.

There might be a Go Fund Me appealing to those of us who need a Zen moment once the season begins. Don’t laugh. It may save lives.

I just don’t want to have to switch between DTV streaming cable, DTV Dish (because streaming does not get NFLN), Prime, YouTube TV and whatever else you need to watch a Bills game. I know they understand the economics better than I do, but this is getting annoying. I don’t like making it more expensive. I HATE making it more complicated. It’s like college basketball, you know where to find your team. Go to the NCAA Tournament and we are all looking for TruTV.

Tre getting back to being Tre is right behind MLB on my list of defensive concerns. I really haven’t heard anything about his recovery this season. Maybe I missed it, but that seems kind of odd.
