    Agreed! Should have, could have, would have. Good coaches make that difference and or would not have had us in those positions. If Rex and company learn from it and make improvements we can get there. I just hope Rex and company are willing and able to learn from this. I have doubts and hope I am wrong. Go Bills!

    I am excited about this. I also can't stand Rex saying, "and stuff like that"! Agreed and hope it works!! Agreed. I also think Pepper was a big part of our team success last year for these same reasons.

    Agreed!! What do you love of him as a Bill?Also, FIRE Crossman!! He uses too many roster spots for below average. Geepers, if we didn't pay him a cent or he paid us I wouldn't want him on the roster. Seriously!!

    You are right his mouth won't change. If he takes us to the playoffs I still don't like it. The most recent mouth running that drove me nuts was when he said Dennis Thurman was a great DC and in the near future he would make a great HC. We all probably thought no, including me. Two weeks later he demotes Thurman from DC. Just say nothing instead of empty crap Rex!

    True dat! Insanity!! I don't like Rex. I don't think the moves or non Ives are good with the coaching staff. But, Crossman staying really would really crush my ability to get behind this debacle. I typically agree, but, Crossman has had tons of STers for two straight years, a lot!!

    Correct If that's true and it is most likely...that is the first mistake this offseason IMO. Almost all good HCs do their role and not the role of OC or DC. I was hoping Rex learned from that this year.I didn't like Marrone, but, I did like he was a HC and not a HC and OC.

    IMO more coaches are good. BUT, it needs more structure from the HC. Crossman has to go.
