Maybe Sexton is Rob Ryan's agent. I can't really believe that either. Yep and yep! Rex is terrible to listen to and his team is tough to watch. Rex to me is a very scary type of person. That person being a dumb person who thinks they are smarter than everyone.

1. Rex is fired after 3 seasons (should have been one, but, we wasted two more years). The new coach, who Whaley finally picked on his own, finished his second year will almost have the talent needed to run a 4-3 defense. 2. Still no playoffs, but, WILL the next year (3rd with the new coach). 3. Russ Brandon is still around. 4. Sammy Watkins makes 3rd Pro Bowl. Missed one due to injury. 5. Brady retires. 6. Fred Jackson goes on Wall of Fame.

Trolls?! I strongly dislike how there are groups on this board who think they are better than others. Yes, I believe there are trolls and some are so annoying. But, by sharing ones opinion even if negative isn't trolling. Just because you don't like it. Sorry, if you dont like Rex you can question his choices. You say Rex chooses his coaches, but, also suggest he shouldn't be bashed for who he chooses. Talking out of two sides of your mouth, then critiquing others for their opinion? Just because you have more posts or been here longer doesn't allow you to be judge, jury and executioner. On another note, I don't like how everyone jumps to link, picture, etc. We are not non fiction writers we are folks sharing opinions. Do we really need a source? Who makes those rules? I believe Crossman staying, more Jets hires and his brother are poor decisions. That is my stance....and you think I am the crazy one --- Jennifer Lawrence in Silver Linings Playbook (if anyone hasn't seen it, do so, its great) Seriously losing any respect I may have had for the all great Yolo. Why so angry and why always putting people down? I agree. In sales, my teams are always about 60% female. In my industry the norm is about 20% female. I just don't like Rex or his staff and don't like the changes he is making besides Ed Reed.

Sense? The best gauge of future success is past performance? Rex has had no good performances in 5 years. Sense would be to question Rex's abilities and choices. The negativity is that I don't believe Rex is making a stronger staff, but, a weaker one. I beieve that is the circus. And, for the wrong reasons. I will cheer for the Bills and Rex and hope I am wrong. But, I would like to win games not the press conferences and offseason. You don't think it's a circus when in the last 3 weeks Rex said Dennis Thurman will be a HC soon and then demotes him? I think all coaches are important. It is part of the team, culture, attitude, etc. I think coaches from winning programs tend to know how to win more and are more likely to do so in the future. If you don't think a coach matters in any particular role why have them or that role? This had nothing to do with her being a woman besides POSSIBLY Rex racing to be the first to hire a woman to be the first FT woman coach. And bringing more media attention to the team for the sake of media attention. Which he seems to like more than coaching and winning. Regarding our .500 record...with our terribly weak schedule was more like 6-10. We beat one playoff team and that was the Texans. It was a poor season. Any other way you look at it is spraying perfume on a pig. You seem angry and taking this personally. Or just think you are always right. Or just have blind faith. Or a combo of all. We all have blind faith on this board to an extent, but, common. Yep!

I am fine with it. But, please stop trying to reinvent the wheel and just win. Rex is always trying to reinvent and change things to his way to show he is better for the reason of trying to prove he is better. Be better by winning!! If she was Rex's assistant....Rex did a poor job. What part of the poor job was she responsible for that earned her a promotion? Right? We were terrible last year and Rex has more control of the circus? Coach and win Rex! Dennis Thurman will be a great HC in the league and then you demote him? Results matter Rex!! He hasn't won in this League in 5 years. Adapt, evolve and improve or you will be left in the rear view mirror. Right! She has been with Rex 6 years now and part of no winning seasons since her first. Changing culture. I am not saying a woman shouldn't anything. I am saying Rex and his side shows seem more important than him working, planning, teaching, doing his job and ultimately winning. I hope it's his last season or he changes and turns things around. Win Rex! Win against good teams! Go 10-6! Make the playoffs! Be a doer and not a talker!

Captains are only assigned per game for coin tosses. Rex is dumb!! Assign some captains like other teams and sports and it will help the captains lead! Maybe it would have helped with the Mario situation at least with the other players! Common Rex, don't reinvent the wheel with everything. Stop trying to prove you are smarter than everyone. Winning proves that!!

Agreed. They should of elaborated on Brady's whining to say it usually comes with late, weak flags to his benefit.

Agreed! Interesting because I think Rex did too. I can only guess, but, when coaches interviews say I am going to do A, B and C does our management team say how? Ask any specifics, plans, routines or ask them to explain? Doesn't seem like it.

Awesome!!!!! I didn't like Marrone and was vocal about it on here long before he quit!! Or ever calls plays on game day! I don't think HC should calls play, but, I do think they should have experience to help teach and work with their OC and DC. Probably close. I think there would have been a QB competition though.
