He's too slow to play the mike in either McDermott's 4-3 or Frazier's Tampa 2. Minnesota played Henderson at the mike when Frazier was the head coach and it was a disaster Vikings finished last in the NFL on defense in points allowed.

The Bills didn't waste a pick on Ragland. They just spent 3 picks on a 2 down linebacker in most schemes. There is a chance that he slims down but I doubt he can do it this year coming off the ACL injury.

It's interesting. But I believe the decision has already been made. Too many leaks and even Bills spokesperson John Murphy thinks Tyrod will be gone.

If the Bills spend 4 picks on linebackers in the 2016 and 2017 drafts we better field the best unit of linebackers in the NFL.

When he was the head coach here is what Viking fans wrote about Frazier's D. Not only are we bad compared to other teams this season, but according to Pro Football Reference, if the trend continues of allowing an average of 32 points per game by season's end we would have the WORST defense in the history of the NFL since the 1970 merger in allowing points. Frazier's defenses when he was head coach finished 31st and 32nd in points allowed in 2 out of his 3 years on the job. Rex's defenses here finished 16th and 15th overall in points allowed and people were going crazy.

NFL teams waste money. This board could have come up with a list with McDermott on it.

Mahomes would be the best QB prospect the Bills have had in forever. And could be had with a late 1st/early 2nd.

This is why I wanted the Bills to hire a head coach that had a QB skillset. This gives us a great offensive mind and voice to pick the next QB. But of course Bills fans laugh at the idea of drafting and developing a QB or they think everyone is David Lee (Hint: There are teams that value this skillset more than Buffalo and keep their QB gurus like precious diamonds). We are always focused on the wrong things and we better start focusing on the QB and the coaches who will select and work with him. Hopefully McD surprises me and Andy Reid has some help for us.

Heard the press conference on the radio but just watched the video. Sean McDermott looked like he was coached up for certain questions. When he received questions he expected you can seem him almost smile before answering.

Bills D-Line will be much better. Lots of questions at linebacker and DB's. Kyle Williams, Aaron Williams, and Gilmore could be gone.

I hope McDermott knows someone that can help evaluate and draft QB's. I thought we could get McCoy with Pegula bucks but now here we are.
