If you're the Ravens you are praying they don't fall behind early. Something like an opening TD drive by the Bills, and then a turnover short field TD for the Bills is their nightmare scenario.

I just feel like margin for error against the Bills is really small right now, kind of like the Chiefs or Packers. None of those teams have a dominant defense, bend but don't break. But, as the Colts found out, you can't make mistakes and you'd better get TDs and keep getting them. Because with Mahomes, Rodgers and Allen they'll always be in the game. It will take a near perfect game for the Ravens to beat the Bills. I'd also add that the Colts game (unlike the 90 Bills) helped with the humble and hungry mentality.

I think you guys all underestimate how strong the Giants defense in 90 was. #1 in Pts allowed, #2 in yards allowed, #1 in Yards/Pass etc. Not to mention that Belichick and Parcells were running it. The Colts defense is not in that class.

Lots of good, traditional ideas here. I would add that Red Zone scoring TDs vs FGAs is as big a factor as any. Executing in situational football, 3rd downs, first down success, end of half. I mean my nightmare is we move the Ball up and down the field for 4 possessions in first half and make a couple FGs, miss one and turn it over once on a fumble. Indy has one or two decent drives and converts a TD and makes a FG. We're down 10-6 at halftime. That's the kind of thing I dread.

The older players have an advantage in that we have the ability to see their whole career and what they became. The younger guys need to play for awhile longer.

The weather is not a big deal today, mid 30s, cloudy and no wind. Pretty much like if we had to play in Hawaii today, mid 70s, sunny...no problem.

You gotta love McBeane and the ability to stuff up the leaks. Everyone is speculating, even the players are preparing like normal which is what they want. The Dolphins are guessing like everyone else....perfect!

Essentially a win gives us(Pitt wins/Cleve wins); Miami (again) or Indy, a loss gets us Baltimore or Cleveland. Ideal scenario for me, we play our guys a quarter and get a lead, no injuries, ride it out and the backups hold on for a win. Worst case ahh don't go there

I think this is smart move by Tomlin, I think he just figured if his team went all out then we would too. And, doing that just exposed his beat up team to injury. He might as well get healthy to play the Ravens at home as a 3 seed.
