NFL Players in Hot Water for Scalping SB Tix
thronethinker replied to ChevyVanMiller's topic in The Stadium Wall
I understand the NFL not wanting players making money on tickets, but for the League to suggest they are protecting the interest of the fans is laughable. The NFL is partners with resale companies that scalp and charge ridiculous fees at the expense of the Fans.- 36 replies

ESPN acquiring the NFL Network and the NFL Redzone
thronethinker replied to Gregg's topic in The Stadium Wall
Not sure what the fuss is over regarding NFL network, it isn’t that great. Redzone is a Sunday only thing that really can’t get screwed up as it has one purpose. -
Ya it isn’t as good as it once was. I likely won’t renew it next year. But for now it saved me money but isn’t a viable option if you’re not a current member.
-
Yes you have to pay to be a member. It’s something I do regardless so the cost is not a factor for me as far as that goes.
-
I park at a house down the road and just walk to hammers. Don’t have to be so early and easier to leave after.
-
I can confirm this works if you are a total member at Best Buy. I was set to renew auto with YouTube at nearly $450 as a returning subscriber but by using the Best Buy option I saved $200 off the price.
-
If you are a Best Buy Total member you get a discount on Sunday Ticket even if you are a current subscriber. $258 for the season.

Maxwell Hairston named in civil lawsuit for sexual assault
thronethinker replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall
This is civil and not criminal and therefore is the business of the two parties only. League and team should have no involvement. -
Who is on the Mt. Rushmore of Bills Special Teams
thronethinker replied to BillsPride12's topic in The Stadium Wall
Christie for sure, his onside kick against Houston was a huge moment in that game. He kicked and recovered the same kick. -
Found this info when looking at Sunday Ticket renewal. This could be a viable alternative.. Coming soon: NFL Sunday Ticket Month‑to‑Month NFL Sunday Ticket Month‑to‑Month will be available starting in September. Pay $145/mo, and get a month of games and the ability to cancel anytime.*

Network pricing to watch all NFL games in 2025
thronethinker replied to Gregg's topic in The Stadium Wall
It may seem legal but in reality, the service is not following Broadcast regulations. If you have to use a VPN or the service is based overseas to avoid broadcast regulations...it's not legal to view in the US without being a subscriber to the service that the broadcaster intends for you to use. It's just easy to do and you're paying someone else to do the work for you so it seems ok. -
Network pricing to watch all NFL games in 2025
thronethinker replied to Gregg's topic in The Stadium Wall
Well there is only 1 way for the price to go down, loss in viewership. -
Ya the NFL Network has really got to step up its game, but honestly broadcast TV is a dying format for sports news. I only watch clips of NFL Network on Youtube, so that right there tells you where the real market has gone for this type of programming.

Who is our worst match up in the AFC as of now?
thronethinker replied to Mikie2times's topic in The Stadium Wall
The Ravens problem will be the competition in their division, same with the Chiefs. Both divisions have gotten better. -
Used to be better, they took their hits this offseason.

Gosh Darn Gentleman Broncos pops into my head now, I may need help. -
These are things desperate leagues do. The NFL is not desperate. The NBA is losing fans by droves.
