I think there is a myth around here that that Giants team was a bad team. Far from it. They started 10-0. Finished with the same record as us - 13-3.........Destroyed the Bears in the first round, beat the Niners in the NFC Chamionship game IN Candlestick and then with that great coaching staff came up with a great game plan against us. That was a helluva team.

I don't think they played a playoff team or a team over .500 - something crazy like that. Gotta agree with everything Papazoid said. You save the money on the preseason, which I hate, so that money can go toward the little more per game for regular season, and it's a wash.

If you make it clear to them that you are willing to pay the price for the past Minny game, that's the only fair thing, as I see it. Otherwise, people would try to buy season tickets after the stupid preseason games all the time. Maybe that's the reason for the rule. Just to be cut and dried about it. As a 28 year sth, who never uses my preseason games, I'd be a little pissed if people could buy seasons after the preseason was over.
