I thought the crowd was going batshit crazy during the 2nd half. We never sat down. After the third, it was very loud, and EJ IMO was getting into it. Not sensing he had to get the crowd into it. My college friends loved coming up to Buffalo, even after college - because it was a great place to party..........Super underrated party city - who else is open till 4AM? This is what I was asking, too...........I saw some vague mentions, either here or on twitter, about thunder and lightning. Nothing that really said anything about it...........Nor about the GR one. TG and JW didn't have their own shows on GR, like Sully, but they did seem to be regular guests. Which is why, at the time I asked JW why they would intentionally piss them off..........And got berated by JohnF for being an idiot who doesn't want a free thing vs. a $25 thing. I wasn't going to go to either, anyway.........Just seemed unnecessarily confrontational with somebody you have a relationship with.

No, I asked the question, and I thought somebody might know the answer. I can't say I love listening to him, but at 5PM on Monday, it's a good time to listen - since they will then talk about a variety of topics, instead of droning on with callers about the same topic for a whole hour. I just know that he wasn't on at 5PM on Friday (they had a roundtable with three people - LOL) nor at 5PM Monday.........And, it seemed to me I've been tuning in lately on Monday at 5 and he hasn't been there, but I figured he was on vacation or something.

Actually, I really hadn't thought about that. I said he was a good writer really based on really old articles he wrote. (Talley plugging in, the 1999 Stanley Cup run - it's not life and death, but it is life). I really haven't read anything by him lately that's all that great. I guess I compare him to Bucky, who when I read his articles, I usually end up having more questions than answers - after I read it. And, yeah - I think he is that miserable.

How'd that little shindig go - I never really heard anything that wasn't vague about it...........Nor did I hear how the GR thing went.

I'm 51 and there are a few grey hairs, but everybody says "How come you don't have any grey hair??" I'm half Spanish, so maybe it's a Mediterranean thing. I saw a picture of a friend I haven't seen in quite a while on Facebook last night, and I was like Whoa, he looks so old!.............But, really it was because he was all grey, and probably nothing else. He's 100% Irish!

I think it's the work out ethic, for one. Hair dye helps! (When my mother and her friends were my age, they were as grey as the men)
