  1. The offensive line Russ has had to work behind most of his career would have pretty much doomed any other QB. He's a magician.
  2. You better watch out. Someone is crying in the OTW RBG thread that they should be allowed to talk politics there. That PPP is too mean and abusive for their delicate sensibilities and that PPP needs better moderation. 🤣
  3. I pull Youtube up on the TV and play either a babbling brook or a light thunderstorm. Incredibly relaxing.
  4. They kind of had to reverse course. The lawsuits were coming.
  5. She was teaching from home. She wasn't around students.
  6. The panic porn has shown a ton of people to how awful the media is these days. You commented on an article in the OTW thread. It was about the 28 year old teacher who died with Covid. I had written a similar response, but ended up not posting it. That article was as incendiary as it was misleading and it was by design. The sad part is how many people read that and just think we need to close all schools and lockdown the country. The dismissal of the harm caused by the lockdowns has been disgusting.
  7. Here's a peaceful protest I can get behind. https://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2020/09/16/alejandro-villanueva-honors-alwyn-cashe-only-steeler-not-to-honor-antwon-rose/
  8. The NBA will no doubt be holding a moment of silence for this POS if he shows up with ruffled hair.
  9. I thought so too. Slowed it down and it definitely looked like it was good.
  10. Yeah. I've been to a few games that were colder as well. It was the drop in temperate after the rainstorm that was the killer. I remember we jumped out to an early lead but they came back. I distinctively remember thinking the game was over when the Giants took the lead with a Kawiki Mitchell pick 6. I wanted to leave after that but my buddy was visiting from California and wanted to stay. He had been better prepared for the weather.
  11. If you have, what was your favorite experience? What was your least favorite experience? I've gone to 3-4 games a year over the last 20 years, and once a year through my childhood. My favorite experience was the 1995 Wild Card win over Miami. It was my first ever playoff game and we stomped them. The game was never in doubt. Second favorite would be the wild comeback vs the Raiders in 2011. That was just a crazy fun day. Least favorite is tough. From a football standpoint, the 2009 Browns game where we lost 3-6 is hard to beat. That was one of the only times I was so disgusted by the team that I thought of giving up on them. But that wasn't me least favorite experience. That honor goes to the December 2007 game against the Giants. The day started off about 50 degrees at 9am. It was about 40 and raining by noon. At halftime it was ice. At the start of the 4th quarter, my jeans and jacket were hardened ice as the snowstorm fully hit. I was not prepared for the weather that day, that was the last time I'd ever make that mistake. I couldn't feel my toes because my sneakers were ice. We left the grill cus the extra minute it would have taken to get it into the car wasn't worth it. The drive home through the whiteout was awful. Oh yeah, we lost a game that we were winning because Trentative started throwing the ball to the Giants.
  12. No one here is upset but you. Keep trying to cancel PPP. It's not sad. Not at all. 🤣
  13. It's funny how much he blatts about civility in PPP. He must have never seen the mods and others congregating in the liberal Shoutbox and attacking anyone that doesn't have TDS. 🤣
