I don't know any of them personally. Met a few at Kelly black tie charity fundraisers, but don't really know them. I do know they used to drink and party, but if they lack character in other areas, I am unaware of it. I defer to Marv as far as to whether or not they were men of character.

When I saw you post Dawson, I thought I screwed it up by posting Dawkins. So I changed mine to Dawson and then Googled it. I saw threads with Buffalo and drafting a player "Dawson" So I changed my spelling to Dawson. Then I saw 2 other people post Dawkins and was like WTF? Then I looked it up again and went Doh! It is Dawkins. Didja get all that?

That could very well happen anyway. No guarantee that Dawkins will outplay him as a rookie. Could very well take him at least one year of practice/development (very often does).

Looks like they were about the same speed coming out of the draft according to their 40 yard dash times. Reggie ever so slightly faster. Kiko - 4.74 Pro Day Ragland - 4.72 Combine And their 20 and 10 yard measurements were very close also. Basically the guys were as close as you can get in sprinting speed. I am much more optimistic knowing this. Ragland could be a game changer.

I am thinking Whaley is still going to be largely responsible for finding UDFA talent even though McDermott may have predominantly chosen those top round picks. I hope they get Mason Schreck from the University of Buffalo (tight end) for camp fodder at least - whether or not he makes the team.

I'm rooting the Bills offense and defense to both become much better - eventually dominant. So that they can destroy other teams and beat them with ease and become THE team to beat - kinda like the early 90's Bills teams. Don't care which group of personnel gets that done. I am also rooting for the front office to become the best people at "evaluating talent" and negotiating contracts (managing salaries). I am also rooting for the coaches to be the best teachers and most forward thinking scheme designers in the NFL. And for the head coach to be most aggressive at the right times. Rooting for the Bills to win every game and the rest of the AFC East to lose every game. That's about it. Not gonna worry about next year's draft until the end of this season unless this Bills team falls off a cliff during the first half of the season.
