  1. I've noticed this a lot too. I welcome somebody to Buffalo and ask them where they are from. Typical answers are Ontario, Toronto, St. Catherines, etc... Some of the Canadians are really easy to pick out. They are the only people at the game who are wearing jerseys for a team that isn't playing in that stadium. Check it out. Next time you see someone wearing a Colts jersey during a Bills vs. Jets game, go ask them. They will say they are Canadian.
  2. Nah...Don't care if they sit or stand. I do care that they don't make any noise when Bills are on defense though. My view of the game is that the fans can (if they choose to) play a huge part in helping their team get momentum and helping demoralize the other team. I feel obligated to help my team win in any way I can even if that is just one small voice in a sea of thousands. Others don't think the crowd matters and don't think they need to make noise to help. They are probably the same people who don't vote in elections because they think their vote doesn't count there either. If you consider yourself to be a hard core Bills' fan and you want your team to win badly, then the least you can do is help them using your voice or bang on your seat or make noise somehow else when it is appropriate to do so.
  3. I disagree. It seems any time I upgrade my seats and move closer to the 50, the fans get more subdued. They sit a lot more. The whole row of guys in front of me just sit and chat quietly the whole game as I and the rest of the people around me scream in their ears. In fact, I'm surprised they don't wear earplugs. They high five and clap a bit, but otherwise silent when the Bills are on defense.
  4. If that dude scores and does the snow shovel move, somebody in the stands will bean him in the noodle with a beer can. Count on it.
  5. I need to print some large copies of that out and use it for a target to sight in my shotgun and muzzleloader for deer season this year. If I miss Brady's forehead, I still got a reasonable chance at winging one of his idiot fans in the head.
  6. I get what you mean. Last week before the game I visited a bunch of Colts forums to see what they were saying. A lot of them completely disrespected the Bills and said that the Colts would win easily and it was going to be a blowout. Then the game happened and they were like WTF? Lots of crow eating on those forums. I thought I should go join some of those forums and throw some fuel on their misery fire. But then I decided not to. After all, everyone thinks their own team is better than it actually is. I figure it is their forum. Let them gloat and boast all they want. All I need to do is avoid their forum and it won't piss me off. I'm thinking they do the same thing here unless they really like being miserable.
  7. Come on Wizzer....We gotta have our fun while we can, because we all know it can turn against us any week.
  8. Hey Tasker, Did you count the number of times that the Colt's defense ran Tyrod out of bounds in that first game. Man you really know your football. (obvious sarcasm) Maybe you should also go consult with the Patriots for the upcoming game. See what kind of awesome tips you can share with them. After all, it's not rocket science. Is it?
  9. Dude....you're like a one man anti-protester protester. You should make a sign that says "people shouldn't make signs". And then on the other side, it should say, "I am sorry for making this sign and regret doing it." And you should take that to the stadium. Patriots would be like "huh, what does it mean? these Bills fans really know how to mess with our minds!"
  10. That should have its own thread. Man Tyrod made it look easy to play quarterback didn't he? And it looked like on a lot of those passes he really had a lot of heat on the ball. Like the one to Woods that he almost dropped. That ball came in 100 miles an hour.
  11. Quick pressure from the middle to disrupt the pocket on Brady. While also, bumping receivers off the line of scrimmage to disrupt timing on pass routes. Have to find a way to disrupt pass routes so that you force Brady to hold the ball for more than 2 seconds. And then have to have a pass rush at the same time that forces him to get rid of the ball sooner than he wants to or else take a sack. If the Bills stop Brady, the Bills win. If they can't stop Brady, then they will have to outscore him. And that will be very hard to do. This week we find out how good Rex really is as a defensive minded coach.
  12. We tried that with Schwartz and it didn't work. Bring pressure from the middle to disrupt the pocket. The key is to get quick pressure so Brady doesn't have time to throw deep. Bump receivers at the line so it disrupts the short timing routes. Give linebackers the green light to try to jump the short over the middle routes to go for a pick. That is how you hurt their passing game in my opinion.
  13. Yeah I suppose it was. I saw Dallas in his name and Trade Watkins. Knee jerk reaction. I do question his fanhood though. I think living in Dallas is destroying him as a football fan. He is turning to the Dark Side.
  14. Yep... This weekend it is America vs. The Cheating New England Patriots..... Everybody, who isn't an as***** is rooting for Buffalo this week. And if the Bills play well and come away with the win, they will be the new darlings of the NFL (at least temporarily). And they will win over a lot of new fans across the nation.
  15. I don't get it. Well I get the F U part and maybe the MA stands for Massachusetts? What does the whole thing stand for?
  16. Now fans wan to kill Kiko! Bad penalty. He cost his team 7 points.
  17. The Legend of Kiko continues! Great pick. Great player.
  18. Yes..Buffalo defenders need to take full advantage of that first five yards of contact. Disrupt the timing. Make the pass play take a second or two longer. And hope your pass rushers disrupt the pocket. This game is all about stopping Brady and not much else. The Bills offense will move the ball well against the Patriots. The Bills' defense will not allow many rushing yards from the Patriots. This game is going to be won or lost depending on how well Brady plays and how much disruption our defensive backs can bring to their passing game.
  19. If you want a good chuckle, read through this thread of how the game played out from the Colts' fans perspective. http://www.stampedeblue.com/2015/9/13/9318975/indianapolis-colts-vs-buffalo-bills-open-thread That is downright humorous.
  20. Went through gate 7 at 12:30 on the nose. It was slower than usual. In past years you could bump down a line or two or three and find one that was short and get right in. This game all of the lines at the gate were backed way up. The line I happened to choose was a poor choice because the line next to me easily moved more than 2x as many people through in the same time frame. The problem with my line was an incredibly slow worker at the end of the line using the metal detector wand. Dude acted like a state worker milking his time. Everyone was bitching and moaning. And you used to be able to walk past gate 7 and back to another entrance on the tunnel end of the stadium. But they erected a large fence and no longer allow you to walk down there. They must have completely did away with that other entrance on the tunnel side of the stadium. I ended up making it to the men's room, getting a couple beers and still being in my seat in time for them to announce the players. But it probably took 20-25 minutes from the time I first got in line at 12:30. Next game I will get in line 5 minutes earlier and probably choose a different gate.
  21. He is picking on the wobble (which wasn't really wobbly by the way) because it was literally the ONLY thing he could find to take a jab at Tyrod. It is part of his modus operendi. If that is considered a wobbly pass as if it wasn't perfect in some way, then please god let TT keep throwing those wobbly passes just like the one he threw to Harvin. We can score like that all day. Keep em coming Tyrod. Keep em coming.
  22. Looked like a pretty good pocket passer to me today. isn't that what people were ragging about on him? That he wasn't going to be any good as a pocket passer? He got it done today. And he did it well. Things are really looking good for the Bills. We might have our guy....
  23. whatever... thanks for the Sunday sermon.....your preaching makes me want to down another whiskey
  24. Dude, there are like 3 jumbotrons in the stadium now so you can see a huge screen from no matter where you are sitting.
  25. What time does it show rain stopping in the morning for all us tailgaters out there?
