  1. It would have to come from Pegula but I couldn't agree now. And here come the, " He'll be ruined" naysayers We have enough talent to throw him in and get his feet wet without killing him. TT absolutely can not be the starter next year!!!!! And we know who EJ is though I would rather have him in than TT.
  2. I said this a month ago. It was the bivouac then, it is obvious now. TT is not the answer. The Ryan Brothers are not SB winning caliber coaches. Winning anymore games is pointless!!!!
  3. I am not a TT fan but have to give him props. I agree that he should have pulled it out but do not blame him for the loss. It was By Far his best game. I chalk it up to the MNF effect. He gave his all because he knew everyone was watching. The defense and special teams are where the blame lies. This is almost as bad as the Cowboys MNF game. Pissed that I stayed up😳
  4. No Romo!!!! He will make S. Watkins look like Iron Man with his inability to stay on the field. He should have retired three years ago when he had the first back injury.
  5. TT is not a worthy leader because he is not a worthy QB and, is not worth the matter money he would get paid if we don't get out of the contract he signed. I'm not suggesting a switch now but when the inevitable missed the playoffs again period begins.
  6. Sounds about right. Sticking with Rex for another year does " Nothing" to further the Bills. We could easily be 8-8, 7-9, 6-10 by the end of next years run if we keep him. C. Jones is a POSSIBLE answer but heaven forbid the suggestion be made that he get some game time this year. He may turn into Suzy Jones and be irreparably harmed by experience. Maybe we can sit him for four years like TT. And in regards to blowing things up( something's need to be blown up) I will never forgive Rex for blowing up Swartzies defense. We could have built a hell of a team around that D.
  7. As I've said, there is a very good chance we are sitting at 5-8 going into the last three games. Jacksonville and Cleveland are the only ones we " should" win. I picked 7-9 before the season and would bet that now because Rex and Co. will win two of the last three. It's pointless, it pisses me off and it accomplishes nothing.
  8. Winning two or three worthless games would ruin a bunch of fans confidence in this organization's ability to not " pad their stats" and screw their draft slot up at the same time. If we get to that point(5-8) the season is over and TT/EJ have proven their inability to start in the NFL. Getting Jones time against Cleveland would be appropriate. If he craps the bed, no harm- no foul. But if he has a decent outing he might GAIN confidence. Truth is nobody knows and quite frankly, staring at Prescott on the front of ESPN mag. Tells me the Bills FO aren't all knowing/ all seeing.
  9. If we are 5-8 or worse at the Browns game , give him a shot
  10. But it does get you a heck of a lot of admiration on this board😜😂😂
  11. Fans walk wearily down the street, heads hung way down low. Ain't no sound but the sound of suck, another year, we blow. Are we ready, ready for it? How long can we take this sheet, All we want is a competent team, a winning season would sweet. Dun, Dun, Dun. Another season bites the dust!
  12. No. The Raiders loss came after a quality win. Our D showed itself for the top 5 level it was against GB. No part of this team is in that league, this year. As a fire Moron guy that I was it pains me to point out that I truly believe, if he was forced to hire a different OC, we might be a good team now. That assumes tha Whaley acquired a Foles/ Cousins type. If we lose to Cleveland it will be anti climatic but welcome as those are types of wins that keep screwing us in April.
  13. He's right in as much as we are akin to Cleveland and this is just another joke of a signing. News flash: Bills still get drubbed on MNF.... for what feels like the umpteenth time ..... and some of you will post the next day about we still have a chance at the playoffs..... SMH
  14. A: he was answering a question . B: the rule is clear C: the squeaky wheel gets the oil. Sad thing is the coach isn't leading the charge for him.
  15. They didn't quit yesterday, they were beaten. There is a good chance that the beatings will continue. Admitting that TT isn't " The Guy" isn't quitting. It is good business ( FO numbers crunchers) , good football ( coaches) . I have to say that if Rex were to come out before the Cleveland game and say it was time to put C. Jones out there and see what we have I ( and I bet many others) would respect it for the reality based good coaching decision it would represent. We are talking Cleveland!!! We could actually still win and the win would have some meaning.
  16. We are 4-4. IMO we will be dogs to four of our next five opponents. Please leave the " Any given Sunday." Argument out as I get it. IF we lose to the Seahawks and Bengals we are 4-6. I would guess we would beat the Jags but that is not a given. Then Raiders and Steelers and we are looking at 5-8. Could we then PLEASE put Jones in at QB as we know who EJ and TT are. Of course this would have to be a mandate from Pegula as Rexy' s mancrush on TT would never permit him to do it. This iteration of the Bills is not going to get us to a Super Bowl much less limp us into a Wild card this year or next. Lay the blame where you wish. There is tons of it to go around but to think this team has a chance at anything this season is pure delusion. It's not quitting, it's not defeatist. It just is.
  17. Package Watkins in a trade to move up, get one of the QBs coming out who look good, embrace the suck for a few more years while we build.... oh yeah, FIRE the Ryan brothers and probably Whaley. Problem solved
  18. I don't think they will pay him. He's not a QB. He extends plays? How about running a decently tempoed offense by pulling the trigger with a moderate amount of quickness. We need to LOSE OUT and star again!!! This team isn't going to the playoffs this year or next year. BILLS fans need to stop thinking that sneaking a mediocre team into the final wildcard spot is a desirable goal.
