  1. Yea I don't understand his love for Peterman. At this point I don't even think he's a good backup. Should've kept AJ and Allen and just let Allen start. I mean the people here dogging Allen are ignoring some great throws he made that were dropped and the fact that he had to come into a game that the rest of his teammates had already quit.
  2. I said it during the game. The guys on this team have practiced with both QBs and the team believes in Allen. No one trusts Nathan Peterman. And obviously for good reason. How many truly terrible games does this guy have to have before we stop with this non sense? If I'm forced to watch bad QB play, let's see it from the 7th overall pick. At least he can escape the pocket and stretch the field with his arm. It gives Daboll a fighting chance to call a little more varied attack. Peterman can only throw so far, every team knows it and they continue to cheat up and pick him off. You drafted Allen to be the future, well the future starts now.
  3. Anyone would be better than Miller and Ducassee. Anyone. Hopefully the QBs went out and got themselves life insurance, they'll need it with the way the interior of this line has been playing.
  4. Bigger question. Do we have a package of plays for Allen?
  5. Teller inactive... Ducassee has to have some really interesting black mail to continue starting on this line.
  6. So he would have to play to strikeout, correct? Just trying to understand what your definition of "play" is. I mean, I know what it ACTUALLY means.
  7. He wasn't worse than anyone else on the Mets. Probably should've brought him up.
  8. Tebow is definitely playing baseball, or was until he broke his hand.
  9. I don't think he'll make the switch that quickly. Maybe I'm wrong but McDerrmot is really all in on Peterman.
  10. Also this move screams "grooming Josh Allen's backup." Similar physical traits. And Peterman will either have a great year and get traded or have a Peterman kind of year, lose his job midway through the season and then float around the league like so many other Bills QBs.
  11. He has a point about Glenn. I think I would've held onto him and moved him back inside. He played guard for Georgia. Although he did get hurt again so I guess it probably wouldn't have worked out in the end.
  12. Can he start at any of the interior line positions? We really need some help there.
  13. Who is Peterson and where does he start?
  14. Imagine that. There are people out there who like their cars to be reliable and safe after spending tens of thousands of dollars on them.
  15. Slow to process like Allen, weak arm like Peterman. I thought he might be good when we signed him. I was definitely wrong.
  16. Looks like this front office is just as adept at identifying good wide receivers as they are at identifying quality offensive linemen.
  17. AJ is going to be on the block I think. Which he won't be happy about, considering he came here with the hopes of winning the starting job. Slow to process like Allen, arm strength of Peterman... I dunno but I hope Teller is in that group and not Miller.
  18. Lucky for Peterman, it's a "what have you done for me lately" kind of league. The narrative can quickly change after a couple of wins. At least locally. National talking heads will use it as a foundation for describing how terrible or how great he is as time passes. "The Bills should've known after those 5 interceptions..." or "Remember when Peterman threw 5 interceptions in a half? We don't. He's been great! Who would've thought!"
  19. It worked whatever it was. Levitre and Wood in 09 anchored that line for awhile. If only he could've drafted well at literally any other position lol
  20. Oh god, she's responsible for those ugly ass hats? Ruined.
  21. Which is fine but then why spend the money on Davis? The roster just really seems unbalanced to me.
  22. You are missing the point, a dime corner is not a position of need when you literally have lost 2 thirds of your starting o line. A back up safety is again, not a position of need in this situation. It's not up to me to decide who's a good lineman, the point was that is an area they should have been keen on adding depth and talent to. They threw a couple of crappy free agents at it and said "good enough."
  23. Several? You mean two? And I'm not going to go all the way back to the draft but I feel like that 4th round pick spent on Taron Johnson could've been o line. The Siran Neal pick as well, where they moved up in the 5th round (where they also drafted Teller) could've also went o line. I mean, my main issue is they lost a LT, a G and C who were pro bowl caliber players at one time or another, looked at this scrap heap that was left and decided "no problem found." Yea and those were guys they targeted. Castillo is unable to identify a good player for a group in which he coaches. It's not like Beane calls him up for his opinion on corner or kicker.
