  1. Scratch that. Wrong one.. hmm..
  2. This might be the show: http://jcpenney.imdb.com/title/tt0212687/maindetails
  3. I spent a lot of wasted moments trying to discover this through Google but w/ no luck.
  4. Yeah it was like an education drama or something.
  5. I can't think of more hints. Can you describe more of the show?
  6. It has bothered me for years. And for some reason I thought this board would be my best hope for an answer.
  7. When I was a young boy, I didn't have much television choice outside of PBS so I watched a lot of shows of suspect quality. I remember this show on PBS, shown on the daytime in the 80s, which seemed to take place in some post apocalyptic earth. There were kids in orange jump suits and weird head bands who I think might have been "aliens." I think there was some educational value in it that involved learning about stuff from a librarian human of some sort. I don't know why I care, but I want to know if this show actually existed and what its name was. Can anyone help?
  8. Where's the love for my boy and fan favorite: Fast Freddie? He seemed unfairly buried when the clone TD drafted came on to the scene.
  9. I don't take it personally. But... it's kind of odd that a man who presided over 5 years w/o the playoffs, 2 head coaches, three OCs and how many starting QBs gets more benefit of the doubt than someone who has only been in charge for one off-season.
  10. It seems to be par for the course w/ players from the U. I think Edge James and Sean Taylor normally were no-shows during mini-camps too. I cannot read McGahee, to be honest.
  11. I think I wasn't clear. I wasn't referring to Belichick's strategy, just the idea that you blindly pick the best player on your board. I don't think this is what NE is actually doing no matter what BB says.
  12. If it was just about picking the best player on your board then you will run into a situation where you are drafting a WR in the top ten every year.
  13. The real problem maybe the dumbasses in the media whose unfair criticisms make the coaches incredibly risk averse.
  14. Think about how much we want the opposing team to not go for it when we stop them on third down.
  15. Sorry man, suicides are the worst. Thoughts and prayers as you get through it.
  16. I feel bad for older Bills fans who were big fans of OJ in his heyday. I feel lucky to have him not taint my memory of this team.
  17. provide a link anyway, please
  18. ... and he talks like the waterboy.
  19. The OL should be no worse than last year and it seemed like JP had more trouble with the lack of protection than Holcomb. Being able to get rid of the ball and step-up in the pocket is far more important than the ability to make a break for it.
  20. Seriously, no one should have a horse in this fight. Whoever is the best QB on the roster right now should play. Regular season isn't some sort of training camp for the QB. I view a wasted year as an unsuccessful year which we have had a run of. I don't care who gets playing time as long as we win. To me, JP didn't look like a QB who needed seasoning. He looked like a QB who doesn't get it. A QB who needs seasoning makes a lot of big plays but forces the ball too much, runs too much. He shows brilliance but then makes dumb mistakes. JP was showing some flashes, but most of the time he was missing wide receivers badly, looking confused etc--showing lack of ability, not lack of judgment. Not a QB I would mortgage another regular season over. If he has it with a new offense and less pressure, good. But he has to actually be better than Holcomb and Nall this season not "in the future".
  21. He was a fifth year senior and he could have graduated on time if he had wanted to do so. He should make what ever decision makes him happy. If I was in his shoes, though, I would have jumped in last year.
  22. What a reach?! I know of at least one publication that had him slotted to go Arena Football League and then being signed as a training camp invitee two years later.
  23. From a Bills fan perspective you should have only two different feelings about expansion 1. More cities w/ more teams means less places to which the Bills can move. 2. More teams means less of a chance the Bills will win the Super Bowl or have any success.
  24. I don't see why a Las Vegas team would be so successful. There are plenty of other things to do and the city is very transitory so fans will already have other teams to root for.
