  1. Is there a duty???????????? Reasonable care, reasonable care!!
  2. You would too if you were dating the bride before she left you for the groom.
  3. Hmm.. I think I recall that when we signed Bennie Anderson last year, people here were praising the move and discounting the smack talk coming from the Ravens board. Now, I agree that people just crap on players leaving unless they are future hall of famers in their prime... but the deja vu bothers me.
  4. Let me elaborate... QBs who are really big. 6' 5" + and REALLY slow, well over 5 seconds on the 40. I am thinking more like Ryan Leaf.
  5. How many successful QBs are dumb as a brick and successful? Very few. How many huge and slow QBs have succeeded at a high level? Bledsoe closest thing. Thus, Young and Leinhart will have to be huge exceptions to the general rule of QBs.
  6. I have it on good authority that Hoge's wife did not enjoy dating either Young or Leinhart. Hoge would have preferred that she had dated Cutler.
  7. The what, why and how. As little or as much as you want. I find it interesting, is all.
  8. I am interested in your story.
  9. Did Keeler ever die? The fact that they never mention a death for him makes me think that he will come back this season in some capacity.
  10. He was fired for mentioning that Eisner and others at Disney were Jewish in his column. He was complaining about the fact that it was appalling to be releasing a movie like Kill Bill, with all its violence, considering the violence visited upon the Jewish people. A rather silly thing to say, but probably not worth firing him for it. Mind you, he wrote this on his blog on TNR, rather than on ESPN.com. Information on the controversy is found in his Wikipedia entry... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gregg_Easterbrook
  11. Which Republican. The guy who got put in a coma last season?
  12. they were there originally
  13. Based on his track record, he would have an off-season that would make the fans excited, raise the season ticket base and then completely fall flat when they actually played the games. He would miss the playoffs for five years in a row, go through three starting QBs and two HCs. Then he would get fired and get the media to blame Ralph Wilson.
  14. What if I had studied a more useful major in college?
  15. Those people in NYC are working 60-70 hours a week with a lot of variation. I am in law school now and will not be going down that path. And, of course, these people have to pay to live in NYC.
  16. Well, maybe the have different data. Starting associate salaries in NYC went up $20K/yr within the past year I think. Of course... they have to pay that in the misery of high billable hour requirements.
  17. BLS has the median for private attorney at $97K. The number they had was pretty high on this list in comparison--of course it was average rather than median, right?
  18. That's what socialism can do to ya.
  19. And yet # 37s often wish they were doing something else and have high instances of depression and abuse of alcohol.
  20. Does it pay as well as the list says?
  21. Dick LeBeau can account for the D part at least.
  22. I don't think he's trying to make himself look like a victim considering that he has yet to release a statement on his death.
  23. My empathy is infinite. Each man's death diminishes me. For I am involved in mankind. Therefore, send not to know For whom the bell tolls, It tolls for thee.
  24. I was in New Orleans a couple of weeks ago. Rumors of its demise are greatly exagerated IMHO.
  25. I meant where they got this information to begin with. They are citing the DandC, but I see no such story on that site.
