Galleys sceme without a doubt masked both the problems with the line and fitzs arm. Remember how many different screens he ran to slow down the pressure. He really was good at designing plays, too bad he couldn't manage the game while calling plays. But it's time to live in the now haha. We shouldn't worry because marrones specialty is o line. I can see why more seven step drops this year can make ya nervous. They are just going to have to use Freddy and keep him in the backfield to help block on deep routes. I'll be interested to see if gaskins can pick up a blitzer as well.

With leodis penciled in at starting corner..(eek)..it's probably good to keep brad smith around to do some of the kick return duties,we don't want Goodwin to get hurt doing that either. I remember brad takin one to the house last year. Heck I'd make him a special teams captain to define his role. Don't forget if we decide to go forward with two qbs to open up a roster spot it's not the worst thing to have him be the emergency quarterback. To say brad smith is worthless is pretty harsh IMO.

I just don't see this direct correlation everyone makes between up tempo and more plays. Downside of this is when they go three and out. Opponent grinds out a ten minute drive then they go three and out again. I remember when the k gun was off and it really sucks to watch. Moving the ball equals more plays.

One thing that I won't be doing different is muting the tv and cranking up murph on the radio. I'll have my coat hangers rigged up so I get reception. My Old lady thinks I'm nuts. I just can't listen to those national smucks talk about Tom Brady like he is the greatest thing since sliced bread. When the games were on 97 rock two years ago they would sync them with time warner. It was great. Although I like wgr I wonder why they don't sync it up? Does anybody know? Although the delay wasn't horrible on CBS last year the fox broadcasts were like ten seconds off.
