If there is no college football this season, how will that impact the 2021 draft. Will fewer players come out early?

It was amazing to watch OJ play. Robert James would have been in the Hall of Fame if not for his knee injury. Those 2 were great.

just saying, that's probably a reason for a C+ grade. There were likely safer picks , but it doesn't really matter what the grades are. Just someone's opinion without even seeing them practice with their new team.

QB probably won't have much of an impact and might not make the 53 man roster, Kicker might not make the team..., not sure how that impacts the grade but likely where it comes from.

So why would White give up those millions and sign early?

It's ridiculous because Allen made great strides in his 2nd season , the team is building around him, the team did 'go for it' in drafting a QB that they feel will be elite. Despite his areas that need to improve, I think he's already a very good qb. He has the physical skills and those are improving and he has the intangibles you look for in a QB. I'm all in on Allen, I can't wait to see him in action soon. Nobody will remember or care.

I'm not worried about him leaving at all. I'm pretty confident Beane will offer Tre his market value. Tre seems like a great teammate on a top defense on a team that many will expect to be a legit contender the next couple years. He'll get money, recognition and hopefully a championship in Buffalo.

Beane mentioned Dan Morgan a couple of times, I have a feeling he will be a GM somewhere else soon. Beane seems to have built up quite a scouting department.

He was a difference maker in 2017. I felt if he played, we'd likely win, if not, we'd lose. He just solidified the rest of the team.

Tampa spent a 5th round pick on a kicker last year, had a mostly solid season for a rookie. Can't see them going with a 35 year old coming off a tough season.

Duke will have a hard time getting in the game. At best a 4th WR, won't be getting many targets to begin with.

I don't see how that's terribly important. He improved our team with this trade and everyone pretty much acknowledges that.

I think beane is going for it all with this roster for the next 2 seasons. Most contracts either expire or have an out in 2 years, so anything they do now is to win now. Overpaying for a star, I'm assuming Gordon is a star, is worth it if you can afford it for at most 2 seasons. We only have about 15 players that have contracts that are still active in 2022, this we be a much different team then. Win now.

I think Gordon is probably much better than Hyde, younger too. Gordon is explosive in rushing and receiving. Every team needs a quality backup, one capable of starting if needed, I think Gordon is the best bet, but I'll trust whatever Beane does.

But Gordon is much better, why not aim higher? If Beane is ok with spending the money I don't understand why fans worry about it.

You got me, I don't know if there is a better RB, but I've watched Gordon and many other RB's and I think he's one the better ones and I want to be sure of who we sign. He's a dynamic runner and receiver out of the backfield. Knows how to get in the endzone a lot too.

But if you can afford a better player, why not sign him as opposed to someone not as good? That was my point. You have the cap space, it seems like Beane is going all out to win now, let's get the best possible players if we have the cap to do so.
