It's not more expensive if you consider the negative side effects that will cost you down the road by eating like *****. My gf and I include a wide variety of fresh produce into our weekly diets and spend less than $30 which includes purchasing expensive frozen fruit for smoothies. Cheap, mass-produced high carbohydrates food doesn't fill you up and causes a biological response to continuing eating. My weekly meal preps cost about $1.50 per meal and include a lean protein, whole grain, along with a vegetable. Eating healthy isn't more expensive but it is more difficult b/c it requires planning, budgeting, and self-control.

To add to this. The Bengals defensive line made the Ravens (supposedly above average) o-line look horrible last night. I'm not saying our line is good but competent QB play will help them improve. It would help if we had quicker receivers that can get separation on shorter routes too.

This line from Daboll is what annoys me with NFL coaches and I hear repeated every off-season with a different QB prospect. I may be wrong but shouldn't a young QB learn the skills required to be a successful QB in the league instead of how coaches want it done for their system? I could be reading too much into these quotes but I believe a lot of coaches want a player to learn their system more than they want them to learn how to be the best pro they can be. Good coaches should look to improve their player's skill and adjust their system to the strengths of their players.

But analytics can reveal a lot more than overall league trends. You are looking at this too narrowly. Say it's the second half of the season when there is plenty of situational data on a particular team, statistical analysis can reveal the team's strength/weakness/trends in a number ways. It's more than league trends. You can learn more about a team, an offense/defense, and all the way down to a particular player. It's about a coach using all his available resources to make a good decision.

Have you ever read an NFL statistics report? Statistical analysis isn't as simple as taking all 4th & 2 attempts and presenting the outcomes. Any statistician knows there are multiple variables and conditions that can affect a play. They don't have some guy using basic excel functions to get averages. You are seriously understating what an analytics department does.

While Whaley can be criticized for some of his moves he has also made some great ones. Neither Marrone or Rex were Whaley hires. I think if you give Whaley another shot he needs to be allowed to hire a coach instead of being forced to work with one. If the Pegula's are willing to do that then I think it's time to go another route at GM.

1) Kills me watching him with Rex leading this team. Very talented but he's not the type of DT Rex needs. 2) Can be lockdown at times and again I think he would be better without Rex. If we don't resign him and Rex is still HC, expect us to draft a corner early in the draft. 3) I don't think he works in this system. 4) Shady is easily a top 5 back in this league and he's not going anywhere. I think Rex needs to go. Our defense continues to regress and it's time to for Pegulas to admit their mistake. Rex was a Pegula hire and needs to let Whaley do his job. You have to be joking right?? Have you watched Fitz play at all this year? He's garbage, end of story. There's a reason why no one signed him this offseason and the Jets waited until the end of camp to bring him back. Not including decker, He has 3 big-body WR's to throw to and still has 14 interceptions this year. I'm not sure what to do with our QB situation but Fitz will only make it worse. No way Pryor hits the open market. Before resigning any of their free agents this off-season the Browns will have ~$114 million in cap space and the only free agents they have worth resigning are Pryor/Collins. Here's what I would do to improve this team. Figure out a way to get out of the horrible Clay contract. He's overvalued and not even utilized in our offense. I would then target M. Bennet, V. Davis, or V. McDonald. Bennet would be cheaper than clay and the other two significantly cheaper. I would also go after Kenny Britt if he makes it to the market. He's finally come around as an adult and as a player. He would be affordable and give us an upgrade as a big body WR. Either sign a safety or draft one if a top prospect is available at our pick. A great safety will allow our corners to play the tight press coverage Rex needs while knowing they have help behind them. Cutting Wood would create a good amount of dead cap btw.

So all these reports of Sammy Watkins hoping to remove his walking boot Thursday but does anyone pu attention to his social media accounts? One look at his Instagram posts and you can clearly see he's not wearing it already. Additionally, my friends saw him at sunset beach and sent me a snapchat of walking around in bare feet.
