What about the option for the Seneca Nation buying the team and building a combo domed stadium/casino/convention center downtown. Who cares if the NFL doesn't want an NFL team owned by a company that operates casinos. What's the big deal...they don't have sportsbooks in them....yet.

-Jones doesn't make money by having more ticket entrances and toilets(unless he has resorted to pay toilets).

What Free Agents would my fellow experts choose?

Bill....I would love to see Steinbach here(I still wish they would have drafted him over a certain RB with knee problems ) . I'm not sure if he is going to command a contract like Hutchinson got from Minnesota, but if he does, I don't see the Bills going after him. -
This isn't the first time Ralph has cried poor and it won't be the last. I believe the chances of the Bills moving are pretty slim, assuming they are not sold to an owner who is actively looking to move the team to another city.

Bledsoe...what a great team guy...

You don't have a choice bozo. You're out. Now go give Drew a call and see if you can lift his spirits. -
I thought the same thing as soon as I saw it.

What current Bills have surprised you the most?

Surprises....Ellison, Lindell(2nd strong season in a row), Losman & Pennington. Disappointments...Triplett, McGee, Shelton, Villarial, Reyes & Kelsay -
Watch the games. There are also plenty of runs going through the gap where the DE should be, put instead are upfield 5-10 yards looking for the QB.

You're on a roll today! Keep up the good work.

Agree 100%. There have been differing opinions during the season on Schobel going to far upfield and whether this is a directive from the coaches or Schobel just not giving a sh-- about playing the run. Either way, it has been the cause of way to many big running plays this year.

That what I thought the signature food was going to be prior to opening this thread.

Just some blasts from the past where some folks refused to take off the rose colored glasses when it came to Drew! -
Grade D. Preston and T. Pennington
LabattBlue replied to OnTheRocks's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I'm not sure if it was injuries or old age, but Preston in place of Villarial appears to be an upgrade and Pennington stepping in and not being shown in a neagtive way(penalties, missed blocks, getting beat for a sack, etc...) on replays is a very pleasent surprise. -

You're replacing Clements with a 3rd round pick who has yet to do anything in his rookie season with only 3 games remaining? -

You have missed the last 6 meetings and have been voted off the island. You'll have to find a new chapter of the club. They exist in just about every city with a pro sports team! -
Being at the game gives you the ability to better analyze a player than on TV, but unless you know what his responsibilities are on each and evey play, you are only guessing as to whether he is good or bad on any given play as far as being in the right place.

I'm not sure how a Bills championship would "mean more" on a national level. What does that even mean? Personally, a championship by either the Bills or the Sabres would be one of the greatest days of my life and what the rest of the nation thinks(good or bad) is irrelevant.

Don't worry about turning the page. The book on Bledsoe is nearly finished. -
What a dick. Get the F**K out of the NFL if you can't be an asset to a team as a backup, go to Montana and hopefully never be heard from again. December 10, 2006, 08:31 Cowboys :: QB QB Maddox Works Out For Cowboys Mac Engel, Clarence E. Hill Jr., Fort Worth Star-Telegram - [Full Article] The Cowboys brought in NFL veteran QB Tommy Maddox for a workout, according to a source. It may be an attempt by HC Bill Parcells to motivate backup QB Drew Bledsoe, or simply an effort to add depth. Parcells has said he is concerned about Bledsoe, and that he is not comfortable with #3 QB Matt Baker playing. Earlier in the week Parcells expressed concern about Bledsoe, and his preparation since being demoted.

To me, the most disappointing part of the drive by far, is that SD was forced into a 3rd down situation only once... 1-10-SD20 (11:32) L.Tomlinson up the middle to SD 21 for 1 yard (K.Williams). 2-9-SD21 (10:52) P.Rivers pass short right to E.Parker to SD 31 for 10 yards (C.Wire). Out pass, caught at SD 30. 1-10-SD31 (10:15) L.Tomlinson left guard to SD 29 for -2 yards (R.Denney). 2-12-SD29 (9:39) P.Rivers pass short left to E.Parker to SD 37 for 8 yards (N.Clements). Caught near sideline at SD 37. 3-4-SD37 (8:52) P.Rivers pass short middle to A.Gates to BUF 44 for 19 yards (L.Fletcher-Baker). Caught on run at BUF 48. 1-10-BUF44 (8:12) L.Tomlinson up the middle to BUF 35 for 9 yards (K.Thomas, K.Simpson). 2-1-BUF35 (7:33) L.Neal up the middle to BUF 33 for 2 yards (T.Anderson; T.Spikes). 1-10-BUF33 (6:53) L.Tomlinson up the middle to BUF 30 for 3 yards (T.Anderson, L.Fletcher-Baker). 2-7-BUF30 (6:10) P.Rivers pass short right to A.Gates to BUF 20 for 10 yards (D.Whitner). Caught along sideline at BUF 20. 1-10-BUF20 (5:26) L.Tomlinson right end pushed ob at BUF 13 for 7 yards (D.Whitner). 2-3-BUF13 (4:57) L.Tomlinson up the middle to BUF 3 for 10 yards (K.Thomas). Key block: L.Neal. 1-3-BUF3 (4:17) L.Tomlinson left guard to BUF 2 for 1 yard (L.Tripplett; L.Fletcher-Baker). 2-2-BUF2 (3:31) L.Tomlinson left tackle for 2 yards, TOUCHDOWN.
