  1. Not to be a smartass, but I don't think there are many "quality" OT out on the waiver wire.
  2. Didn't he already do that?
  3. Tillman is still around and according the Dolphins depth chart, he is their starting SS! http://www.miamidolphins.com/newsite/team/...asp?docid=18147
  4. Good moves by the other teams, but we still have Coy!
  5. To each his own, but that was 10 more minutes of time than I would ever give him. I know I know...he was found not guilty.
  6. Diamond in the rough?? He'll be 34 in a couple of weeks. I think a better description of him would be "doing whatever I can to hang onto an NFL salary for another year".
  7. He's a quick injury settlement away from never playing for the Bills again.
  8. Chuck Lester doesn't have time to mentor Shaud Williams. Coy is a full time project for him and it looks like one again Chuck has done a fine job.
  9. Drew throw the Ball....ARRRGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHH!!! Good ole' Frankendrew!
  10. Experience is one thing that Thomas brings. I just thought that King showed enough to keep a roster spot, but Thomas obviously showed more in the coaches eyes. Go Milwaukee, I mean Kiwaukee or whatever you're first name is.
  11. Actually King is listed at 5'10" and McGee is 5'9". King got cut, but I don't think it is because he is too short.
  12. I don't think so...I believe he can be signed to any teams practice squad once he cleared waivers. Once on someones practice squad, the only way another team can sign him is if he is added to their active roster.
  13. Maybe these are the same people who thought Jason Peters could play any number of positions. Now that Peters has settled in as a Pro Bowl RT , Wire can now replace him as the "jack of all trades master of none". Think about the potential...Wire as a WR, Wire as a RB, Wire as a speed rusher on passing downs. The skies the limit!!
  14. I was somewhat surprised that Milwaukee Thomas was kept in place of Eric King. I thought King showed some potential last year and in training camp this year. None of the other moves surprised me that much except for keeping Coy freakin' Wire. To those who still want to defend the King of all pile-ons and bad angles, HE IS NOT A GOOD ST'er! He is not Steve Tasker or Mark Pike. He is not even Sam Aiken on ST's. One poster early on in this thread got it right...Wire got his hands on Chuck Lester's secret stash of pictures.
  15. At this point(considering how much practice he missed), I don't see him getting on the field before Eric King or Jabari Greer, so unless there is an injury to one of the top 4 CB's, he may be relegated to ST's or being on the inactive list most of the season. PS I don't know if he has returned yet.
  16. I knew I'd get a response from you!
  17. Here's the video. Her delivery is decent and she seemed to be a good sport about the whole thing...
  18. No...actually the dumbass on the ATV was shot, because he would not stop as he dragged the trooper for almost a mile.
  19. Well if they keep going from South to North, they will be hitting either Cheektowaga or Lancaster next!
  20. Don't know the full plan. I could be wrong, but I believe the fiber is being layed in Orchard Park and Hamburg, but they aren't offering TV services just yet. [edited] I found this link to a Business First article. West Seneca is up next... http://buffalo.bizjournals.com/buffalo/sto...15/daily36.html
  21. I like watching Total Access in the evening.
  22. A couple more days and Time-Warner is pulling the plug on the NFL Network in WNY. The good news is that I still have 6 channels of MTV. I can't wait for Verizon to deploy the Phone, Cable & Internet services over fiber to my neighborhood. Then Adelphia/Time-Warner can kiss my ass.
  23. "A lot of people say, `Ah, in-grown toe-nail, you can live through it,' " Smith said after Thursday night's preseason victory against Pittsburgh. "Those people are sitting their fat (butt) at a desk. But I use my feet more often than most people. That's like someone with carpal tunnel being an administrative assistant and it's strenuous on that body part." http://www.charlotte.com/mld/charlotte/spo...rs/15413247.htm
  24. Has the king of all pile-ons and bad angles played his last game as a Bill? You also have Bowen who is coming back from an injury, Whitner & Leonhard at SS.
