  1. If I knew they were charity related, do you really think I would have created this thread?
  2. ...and then someone else will come along and give WM the ballwashing of a lifetime.
  3. I am assuming these signs were put in place by the Bills organization. My personal favorite... COY'S SOLDIERS!
  4. His high motor would not slow down, therefore he slammed into Brady like a car with an accelerator that is stuck.
  5. Critics of DB who were tagged "Dead Horse Beaters" are now being recognized for their great insights! DB needs to go to Montana with a lifetime supply of Pabst Blue Ribbon and never be heard from again!
  6. I'm all for trying a different combo on the OL. It is clear that the current group wasn't working, so why not. They now have two weeks to work together as a unit before their first game.
  7. Hey Drew...way to be a great guy and team player. He stood there and sulked the entire 2nd half with his hands holding onto the neckline of his jersey. Nice to see you supporting Romo and the rest of the team.
  8. A post to be proud of. You should ad this gem to your signature.
  9. Wrong...Tatum Bell leads the AFC in rushing, but thanks for playing along. http://www.nfl.com/stats/leaders/AFC/RYDS/2006/regular
  10. 1 game does not make a career!
  11. Just repeating what Thurman stated(and adding my opinion). I guess a soon to be HoF'er doesn't know what he is talking about? PS The best player on this offense is Lee Evans.
  12. On WGR this morning, Thurman was on talking about the game. He said, early in the game WM was running around left end and had a chance to put a lick on a Pats DB and set the tone for the game, but instead chose to run out of bounds. He is a 230 lb RB going up against a 190 lb. DB. Go figure?? I know I am going to upset the WM lovers, but this guy does not have breakaway speed and has no elusiveness. When was the last time he made someone miss? He is a straight ahead runner with some power. There is nothing there to indicate the Bills should attempt to re-sign him because he will be difficult to replace. He is on pace for 1200+ yards, 2-3 TD's and an average under 4 ypc. Whoop-de-friggin-do! One more year and move on.
  13. I thought this zone blitz crap stopped when Gray was gone. I guess I was wrong.
  14. Bottom line...the talent on this club is just not that good. Look at the roster and try to figure out what players will be Pro Bowlers in the next few years and whether they will still be Bills at that point. It's a very short list.
  15. Player of the game...Lindell!
  16. Doesn't matter if the play is coming in slow, when the play clock hits 1 or 2, the QB has to call timeout. He has no other choice unless he is not paying attention to it.
  17. This is becoming a very disturbing trend(several times this year already) where JP is unaware of the play clock winding down or one of his teammates bails him out and calls timeout. I would like to believe that a QB in his 3rd year would not struggle with such a basic function. I'm not jumping off the JP bandwagon, but I am started to worry that he is the answer. If JP continues to have more steps backwards than forwards, I can see the coaches giving Nall a chance in week 12 or beyond.
  18. Where's global warming when you really need it! This sh-- sucks in February... downright depressing in mid-October!
  19. Have you ever watched Schobel against the run? He ranges from average to below average. Follow your own advice and watch him play the run some of the time.
  20. Schobel. Constantly out of position on the run and not talented enough to be a top echolon pass rusher. He hides both of these flaws by being Mr. Hustle, but that only goes so far. I wouldn't kick him off the team, but he isn't anywhere near the dominant DE some make him out to be.
  21. If you want continuity, we have Chuck Lester! I'm not sure what the coaches see in Shelton, but I'd love to know what it is, because it is not easily detectable on my TV set.
  22. 4th and 1 in Bears territory, the Bills are trying to gain some momentum and for the second game in a row Shelton false starts. For the few plays where the Bills use a FB, there has to be someone out there better than this pretender.
  23. Did you see Coy do a fabulous job of outside containment on a couple of short yardage plays. Only one problem...How does Jauron expect Coy to accomplish his famous pile-on move on an inside running play, when he is on the outside.
  24. No. It's the same Schobel I've been watching for several years. He is not the great player some think he is.
  25. Schobel is overrated and don't tell me he is always double teamed. I saw him get completely taken out of a running play by a TE which is unusual, because on most running plays he is 5 yards up the field trying to rush the passer even though it is a running play. Way to play the run Mr. High Motor!
