  1. ...or maybe they have talked with Gandy a lot because they just aren’t convinced he is an NFL prospect. Same goes for Simpson. ?
  2. OP...you revise your proposal and all it does is make all the responses even more confusing. ...and it’s still a NO for me.
  3. Why? Because every thought that pops into ones head MUST become a thread.
  4. Looking for suggestions to use as a resource while watching the draft. Magazines just don’t cut it any longer. Any suggestions?
  5. Video feeds between teams and the NFL, between staff of any team, and any prospects and the NFL are not required for the draft to succeed. Only video needed is of the commentators and whomever is announcing the picks. Numerous people in this thread are making a mountain out of a molehill.
  6. The only video that is really needed is of Goodell or whomever is announcing the picks, and the talking heads covering the draft. I highly doubt either of these are being done over residential WiFi.
  7. This is all overblown. The entire draft could be conducted with landlines and cell phones. Is it really important that the HC, GM and scouts of any team see each other via some video conferencing software? Do trades take place between teams over video and wifi? If I was Beane I’d be glad for no video so I wouldn’t have Terry Pegula staring at me with that goofy look for 3 days. C’mon man!
  8. I'm wearing a t-shirt that says "I need a million dollars". I expect to wake up in the morning and see a sizeable bump in my savings account.
  9. Trading up in any round is just pissing away assets. The draft is a crapshoot even in the top 10 let alone the remaining rounds of the draft. I would much rather draft as many players as possible, and increase the chances of finding a diamond in the rough. If anything, I would trade down instead of ever trading up.
  10. bull####. Don't blame the Pegula's lack of finding a good GM on... "there are no good GM's to be hired". That is lame. It's their job to find a person who can succeed. Instead, their choices have bombed one after another. Housley, Murray, Botts, Bylsma & maybe even Krueger.
  11. More out with the old, in with the new. Feel bad for a guy like Sinclair who was been with the team for a long time. Firing someone while this madness is going on sucks. Almost impossible to find another job right now. The team sucks and has sucked since Pegula took it over, and now when the STH have just about had it, let's fire the Direct of Ticket Sales. Can you say scapegoat.
  12. He has tens of millions of dollars in the bank. Who cares if he wants to use some of it to buy jewelry?
  13. The article says when Brees retires he will start out with the analyst role on Notre Dame games. There is no guarantee he ever makes it to the Sunday night games. He could flop with the college games, and that would be the end of it.
  14. ...and New Era shut down their factory in Derby, NY last year. I guess the Bills stadium sponsor would also be considered having a bad reputation in WNY. ?
  15. Bad sponsor? What do the Raiders care? As long as Allegiant is handing over millions of dollars a year, Davis will be happy. If Allegiant goes belly up, there will be any number of companies fighting over whose name goes on the stadium next.
  16. I would think this thread would be blowing up with TV viewing occupying everyone’s time.
  17. The 1st weekend after the shutdown, I drove by the Swannie and saw 10-15 cars in the lot. It was clear what was going on, and only a matter of time before they got caught.
  18. A charcoal grilled Sahlens dog will always win out over a chicken wing. Sorry wing fans. ?
  19. OP...what exactly were you googling that allowed you to uncover this “gem”?
