  1. I am pretty sure if there was going to be an actual Bills HoF as part of the stadium project, it would have been announced by now. But think the people that will flock to see a giant buffalo and some “just freeze baby” flags. PS An actual ticketed Bills HoF along with stadium tours would have been a big hit outside of game weekends…especially come summer time and holidays.
  2. Egbuka & Franklin should be there at the end of Day 1, and Coleman may also be. That being said, personal workouts and combine numbers/interviews can send players soaring or falling.
  3. I have read a lot of mentions that Shakir cannot be an outside guy. Could someone explain why not?
  4. Would you want to own a hotel filled with drunks 10 times a year and deal with damage to rooms…and also try to figure out how to fill the room the other 340 days of the year?
  5. The NFL has the NBC rights fee in the bank. They could not care less about who is pirating the game. As far as Peacock goes, only they know how many new subscribers come on board, and how many remain after the game is over. If it is a huge loss for them, they may reconsider going forward. If not, get ready for more of the same.
  6. Every time a thread like this pops up, I ask the same question…how many of you have been watching games on ESPN for the last couple of decades? You know…that channel you have to pay for. This fake outrage over games being broadcast on a paid service is hysterical. Notice how all the whining about games on Amazon Prime has calmed down?
  7. “Never” is a long long time. 😂
  8. Will never know(and glad it didn’t come to this), but I had a gut feeling on Miami’s last possession that super nerd McDaniel would have gone for two and the win had Miami been able to score a TD.
  9. I knew someone would start this nonsense again. 🤮
  10. I attended two of the parties at Shooters and then one at the Blue Martini(most recent). As far as I know, those parties were paid for by Russ Salvatore…not Ralph.
  11. He will not retire or take a pay cut. The Bills will have to cut him this offseason and take a huge dead cap hit(this is what I would do), or keep him at least one more year knowing he is not the same player any longer, and then kick him to the curb with a somewhat less painful dead cap hit.
  12. I was in Nashville for the 2019 game, and have been to Miami 5 times in the last 20 years. Despite the great turn out by Bills fans for all the games mentioned above, not once did I believe the crowds were anywhere close to 50-50. 30-40% Bills fans? Sure.
  13. Isn’t that true for all QB’s?
  14. The Bills could have built a smaller scale Patriot Place over the last 50 years. Nothing then, and if I had to guess nothing going forward.
  15. IMO it is all about the hundreds of millions in estimated cost overruns. One of three things will happen… 1 - Pegula absorbs all the overrun costs, stadium stays as designed, and speculated PSL/tix prices stay at whatever level they may have had in in mind last spring. 2 - PSL and game tix will go up even more than expected because of the overruns(this may be the reason why the VR pitch center for STH has not opened yet). 3 - Stadium amenities/bells and whistles get downgraded to minimize the amount of overruns.
  16. …but is is important to have someone you believe can play .500 ball if your starter is only out for a handful of games.
  17. Define “capable backup”? Who did you have in mind?
  18. Listening to state sponsored Bills radio while driving. They just had Thurman on. Considering his company is playing a big role in stadium construction, you would think the topic would have come up during his two segments as a guest…nope, nada, nothing.
  19. I wonder if they are behind schedule? Drove by the site last Saturday, and they were working away(not just a skeleton crew)…on a holiday weekend no less.
  20. I agree. Between the million dollar NIL payouts, the transfer portal with guys switching schools at the drop of the hat, and then the end of season opt outs, college football has become a joke. I would guess that any player with a shot at being drafted has an insurance policy against a career threatening injury…therefore no need for these ridiculous opt outs. The NCAA should be embarrassed by all of the above.
