Broncos at Bills Sunday 1pm (confirmed)
EmotionallyUnstable replied to Just Jack's topic in The Stadium Wall
In the long term, yes. How motivated you are to improve effects your nutrition, work ethic, level of effort in the weight room room and on grid iron if the off season. It absolutely matters to many athletes and often separates the goods from greats. That said, it is a false concept that a motivation such as discussed in this thread would have a immediate impact on their performance. They are already highly motivated and incentivized. They will not be running faster, hitting harder or playing smarter because you got snubbed from national media recognition. As soon as the game starts, if a player is thinking “I’m going to show them that i should have been a pro bowler” then they’ve already lost. -
Of everything listed, this is the only thing that matters IMO. And it doesn’t move the needle all that much for me, vs this particular opponent. Their motivations and histories are non factors. When the clock starts, and ppl start getting punched in the mouth, it all goes out the window. Ravens are the much much better team and will crush them imo

Yeaaaaa I’m not sure how much he’ll even see the field. My prediction is that Cooper’s snap count dramatically improves and between him Shakir Hollins Coleman and how much they love 12 personnel and 6 OL. I see him in the 10-12 snap range. If he is to make an impact it’ll be a big play moment as he won’t have the volume to otherwise make much noise. That said, in his limited injury riddled opportunities this season he has not really done anything more than you’d expect from a WR4 or 5 I highly doubt that’ll change now.

I entirely expect one million passes to the backs in the flats to try to get these guys moving horizontally and slow the pass rush

Tomorrow is their off day. I am sure they granted him the pseudo victory Monday to deal with what he needs to do. Best to let him take care of what he needs to and come back mentally ready to go to practice on Wednesday.

Black Monday...who gets canned?

I think this is reasonable. I also think it’s not something I personally worry about. There are a million things that can happen one way or another that makes or break a coach’s tenure. Until it’s actually happening and they are competitive, I see no reason to have any fear of potential. They did it with Saleh. They did it will McDaniel. -

Anyone familiar with the Taunt Amon Ra has been doing? The extended arm waive? Saw Jalen Nailer do it too. Wondering if they’re mocking one another or what the history behind it is? -

Kudos to defenses today putting up great pressures and plays by both teams. It really has grounded both passing games. -

What is the success rate of a 4th and inches sneak? You risk those things happening when you throw the football when you only need to literally fall forward -

The Darnold vs Goff poster is giving off Wimbelton vibes. -

4th and inches pass… do they not have “sneak” in the play book? -

Gotta stop forcing the ball to JJ. Can’t believe they don’t try and run the ball inside the 10. -
Mostly typing for my own retention; While Bills are playing at 1:00, keep tabs on the NFC South match ups for the division also at 1:00…. Panthers vs Falcons Saints vs Bucs The 4:25 window has both of the potential AFC 7 seed games, with: Dolphins vs. Jets (Fox) Chiefs vs. Broncos (CBS) SNF IS A BIG ONE

I use both my regular grated propane grill and my Blackstone. I do not think it completely replaces the need for another grill but depends on what you cook. You could get by. Id highly suggest getting the biggest model as you can cook entire meals on a grill of that size. We are big fans.

Wasn’t expecting the toohil call up but I think they both make sense. High contact positions that will eat up a lot of snaps. Ray Davis and Ty Johnson are going to see a lot of work tmrw. Maybe even see the whole offense for a drive
