  1. Growing up in the drought years (I was 9 for the music city miracle), their was a silver lining to being terrible all those years…going to the games buying tickets post-kick off on the corner of southwestern was pennies on the dollar. As a college kid, I was able to see plenty of games on a budget. I cannot imagine what it’s like now for those who want to catch a game on a budget
  2. D I’m going to take DaQuon. I think our IDL needs to play stout both against the run game and containing vs the pass. O I’ll take Cooper. We struggled to throw the football last meeting. We brought in reinforcements. We’ve seen flashes at times but now out be excellent for one of those signature Amari Cooper games where he goes 10-180-3 (never with the way this offense spreads it around but maybe a reduced volume of similar production 6-110-2)
  3. I definitely believe the Bills defense will be worlds more disciplined and prepared for the ravens offense than both last meeting and the Steelers last week. That said, I get the feeling that McDermott is going to bring out something unique that we haven’t really seen a ton of. I have no idea what it’d be but an example might be a large increase in man coverage with bringing DBs off the edge on run blitzes, more 5-2 to try and limit the doubles and keep the LBs clean, stunting DL, etc. McDermott has a chance to rise to the occasion here. We’ve seen and thought that we’ve experienced some vanilla offense over the course of the final stretch of the regular season and now I can’t help but wonder what else is left in the bag defensively. Have they also been holding back? If there is anything left in there, now would be the time.
  4. Suck it up buttercup. It’s go time! P.S. to clarify, I will be watching from the comfort of my couch.
  5. I ain’t as good as I once was, but I’m good once, as I ever was. - Von Miller, hopefully.
  6. Glad to see Ray is healing up. Frankly I don’t see his presence in this game to be impactful in any measurable way. At this point in the year, I’d rather see Cook and Ty split all the work. If Ray is a go, he can resume his usual KOR role and play sparingly on O.
  7. God I’m not real keen on any of those options. Sweat might be the one that makes the most sense but Spotrac has his market value at 15 mil…no thanks.
  8. Maybe I’m naive in this, but I would not for a second think any roster move as large as this would be influenced at all by the desire to sell more tickets. Pegula may like it, but why would Beane and co care at all?
  9. Stroud was sacked 2nd most in the NFL this year. 52 times!!!! I can absolutely see something like this happening, especially if they get down and have to abandon any run game. When stroud was scrambling in the WC round, I think everyone was surprised because as good as he was in his rookie season, his pocket mobility and threat as a rusher was never a strength IMO.
  10. Im all in for the idea of an established player a la Myles Garret move but I would be stunned if Beane pulled the trigger on something like this. I really wouldn’t mind the RD 1 picks in exchange, especially if it’s a draft day move. Those always feel like you’re getting more for a pick there is an immediate exchange of assets instead of a future loss. I do question what the long term plan would be in this scenario. He has two years left on his current deal, and at 30 years old next season he isn’t exactly a spring chicken. It’d almost certainly benefit both parties to sign an immediate extension of an additional year, maybe two…but the money and age would definitely be cause for concern on my end. If you’re making a move like that, I am guessing it’s because we weren’t able to bring home the Lombardi this year and Beane is pushing all his chips to the table.
  11. We’ve been doing the same and experimenting with sauces. Deliciously crispy and can prep them all and make them in batches throughout the games.
  12. This is just a feeling but I really think whoever wins Sunday at 6:30 wins the Super Bowl.
  13. Aikman putting that 3rd down miss on Darnold. I am not so sure it was all on him. Looked like he wanted the WR to settle in the zone and he kept running. Miscommunication there but it’s easy to pile on Darnold
  14. Lmfao every time Darnold starts to get sacked he dives backwards an extra 2-3 yards
  15. Weak call. Running into the K at best
  16. About time. I’ve been waiting for that pick to finally pay off!
  17. This is both accurate and hilarious…couldn’t give both an agree and a laugh so…there ya go
  18. Rams DL is wild especially after losing Aaron Donald. Those youngins are good ones TRENCHES BABY LETS GO
  19. I’m pumped. Only 7 NFL games left this season with this being a great match up and no stress. 😎
  20. I had my 3 year old pick the WC games against the spread using mascot pictures and put 5 bucks on a parlay. So far she is 2-4 🤐
  21. The Bills acquired Cooper for peanuts on the dollar and a 3rd RD pick in 2025 in which we have: A 1st, 2 seconds, and 3 fourth round picks. Beane took a low cost stab at improving the obvious weak point of the roster. With the youth of the roster, 3 early picks, a relatively good cap position, and the fact that this season’s finish is yet to be written, is all a reason to think that this was a wise move. Ofc hindsight will be 20/20 if they lose and the box score is in your narrative, but that isn’t how front offices work. it is constant asset and risk management. 💯 would rather the GM that swings and misses than that which strikes out looking…especially when it was a low cost move and reinforcements are already on the way in the off season. Beane has had some misses but my god he gets hammered on here and is no doubt a top 5-7 GM.
  22. Gotta give Daniels so love. He had a lot of mistakes tonight and got away with some, but got it done when it mattered.
