  1. Finishing last in the AFCE is not exactly prophetic. When was the last time the Bills didn't finish last? Jets are going to be really good, as are the Pats. Miami? Not so much.
  2. Well, maybe he was taking another nap?!?
  3. Right. I find it interesting that they seem to have drafted a replacement for Wilson, in Da'Norris Searcy at SS?
  4. Agree with that, however it took them all year to figure that out. Q: Who would you say is the weakest link in the D as configured for Saturday night game?
  5. Hello, Just trying to determine how to get the game tonight. WGR broadcast game? WGN Chi-cahhgo has baseball game on. Any help? Thanks much.
  6. 1. Spiller is a bad move, ala Ol' Whitey. You can't draft a RB that high for a bad team. 2. I will stop bashing Kelsay when I no longer have to watch him run around like he's on roller skates. 3. Ignore "Todd", I did many years ago.
  7. Well, Nix may live to regret these bad decisions if the Bills don't find a way to get themselves over the NFL Mendoza Line, whatever that may be: 3 years with no winning football seasons?
  8. Nice!!! Let's hope he holds up. Start the season today.
  9. I would be interested to know how the NFL is to enforce this new cap limit: Teams would need to be fined $ for each Mil. under the cap floor, in some type of sliding scale: $ 1,000,000.00 - $ 2,500,000.00 under cap fined 10 % of total amount? Just guessing here, but strange how we aren't hearing more about this?
  10. Thankfully for everyone, the Bills saw fit to redo his contract and lock him up for the next 4 years or so!
  11. Correct. Oh oh. Well, someone needs to figure this out. But I will let my Ralph dig stand just in case!
  12. Another poster mentioned this, and I asked about it. Apparently, the 89 % cap floor in not required to be met until the 2013 season. Gives Ralph two more years of lining the pockets!
  13. Are you saying (or Clayton saying) the cap floor, whatever that is, is not required to be met until 2010? THX
  14. Front three (3), yes, front seven (7), not so much: 3 of the four (LBs) front seven started a combined 9 or 10 games last year, and then there's Kelsay. Not being negative, but there is a huge history of injury there and also bad play (Kelsay). Maybe the massive guys they can put on the front line will keep these guys more healthy?
  15. Beautiful! This is the stuff that keeps me coming back.
  16. I am not PTR "crowd" guy, however find this somewhat humorous. Q: How many people responding to this thread think the Bills have any real chance at all of making the playoffs this year?
  17. Very nice. Also, keeps McLuvin on the bench a bit more.
  18. Yes, patience. This is now rebuild 3.0 ?
  19. I agree with you 100 %, unusual on this board. It seems like the Bills did draft a LB to possibly replace Poz as they may not be able to sign him (+ 1 good), however now have done little else or nothing to improve the weakest unit on the team. How are they getting any better?
  20. I was looking at the depth chart before the weekend, and the list is scary. More so now without Poz. 1. Merriman started 1 game last year for San Diego: injured, won't make it out of camp or through season. 2. Kelsay: Need I really say ANYTHING more. 3. Rookie Sheppard: I hope he's good because he will be starting, with a rookier DT/DE in front of him. 4. Andre Davis: Don't know, old and injured? Torbor, Moats? What a mess.
  21. The "PTR" crew? The Rocketship 7 guy?
  22. That one is going to be hard to forgive OR forget. Yikes! Oh well, they did dump him.
  23. LOL. damn funny.
  24. There was no cap-floor last year, and Kelsay is seen as part of the problem, certainly NOT the solution or even a possible solution.
