  1. As an aside, Tim Settle seems to be balling. Every time I have seen part of a Texans game, he is making a play.
  2. San Diego is awesome…. But expensive!! Not sure how you survive there!
  3. over the last 10 years, I have grown to love Arizona. Love Sedona (except for the weirdo new age/crystal stuff, which is easy enough to ignore). Flagstaff seemed super cool. Spent some time in Tucson too, and really loved it. can’t get my wife on board. She doesn’t love the heat and golf like I do, and also thinks being by the ocean is better.
  4. The Mack Hollins snap count is wild. I think he is a key cog in the blocking/run game.
  5. I feel like simms has picked against the bills every game this year.
  6. Agreed. Our safeties have been okay, but not really tested in any way. I would love to see Bishop out there either for Rapp or Hamlin. He offers much more big play ability.
  7. I love benford. He was my favorite draft pick on draft day. that said, this regime does well at finding and coaching up low-cost and low pick CBs (Levi, Dane, now Benford). I sort of wonder whether they will throw a lot of money at Benford (or any corner).
  8. Wonder what bears fans are thinking…. 1) drafted trubisky over mahomes (and others) 2) drafted fields in what is turning out to be the weakest QB draft class. 3) drafted Caleb Williams over Jayden Daniels.
  9. I don’t know. I give the edge to Renegade! my buddy is a Steelers fan and was at the first game they played renegade. 2002 playoff game against the Browns. Steelers were down. He still recalls how the song energized everyone, and they ended up coming back and winning.
  10. on his one missed kick, he just hooked it. There was a slo mo replay in a thread last week. He didn’t seem to slip at all. on the blocked PAT yesterday, I had a hard time seeing from the video, but it seemed the jags might have been leveraging off their own guys, which is illegal. But I am not entirely sure.
  11. that play call was probably the best one of the game too. Such a shame!
  12. I would be inclined to not rush those guys back. Bubble wrap until at least the jets game?
  13. I was going to start a similar thread. These last two games especially have been an absolute coaching clinic. McD and co. Have totally out coached their opponents, including one on a super short week.
  14. that looks illegal, to me. I don’t think you can use your own guys like that to get leverage.
  15. This is a somewhat ridiculous schedule. I feel like it is rare to have three road games in a row, let alone against that gauntlet (and all AFC playoff caliber teams). I would love to go 2-1. That would be huge.
  16. I am just messing with you. (Bad joke: article is blank because jags heads were empty!).
  17. After the headline, the rest of that article is completely blank.
  18. Skip needed to see like Josh’s 5th flawless game before he thinks he might be okay.
  19. I guess I should watch the replay. In real time, it looked very bush league.
  20. I have to say that I was pretty annoyed with that hit to the knees of Shakir. The defender was at least a yard in the end zone and the play was basically over. Pretty dangerous, because the runner is probably going to slightly let up going across the goal line too.
  21. What’s truly amazing about the offense is that the oline is dominant. The jags have some serious pass rushers and they didn’t sniff Allen.
  22. Damar running to grab his game ball.
  23. I am glad they won. But pretty boring. For two weeks in a row too. Where’s the last second stop?!
  24. I remember when I rode the bench in 9th grade basketball. They had a a”special” 5th quarter for us scrubs. I excelled in that meaningless period. reminds me of Elam out there now.
