Agreed. A lot of fans are just looking at the point and yardage totals and think the offense must be clicking. It is clicking in the sense of getting chunk plays, but don’t think they are even close to their median, let alone ceiling. That’s why you hear Josh being disappointed and want to “clean stuff up”— even after last game. I have seen this offense in a real groove, and it is methodical and elite (think San Fran game last year)— and I think that is the type of offense that is built for consistent Success, including in the playoffs. i think we will see it soon, as they are still trying to piece together all the new wrinkles and personnel packages. But when they hit on it, they will be impossible to stop.

This reminds me a little of when Pete Carroll last year was convinced that the way to stop the Bills was to stop the run. It’s like he watched one prior Bills game. reading some articles on this, experts are speculating that this had to have been a “manual” strangulation (with hands). If a ligature strangulation (with an object), the injuries would be such that the 3-4 week delay would be really hard to pinpoint cause of death as strangulation.
