Gillmore is good. Was all year. Hes gonna be expensive. Will be interesting to see who pays him because when you start paying players the kinda coin he wants it starts affecting the pay structure in other areas of the team. Gillmore is good though.

I think its wildly optimistic to think Cardale will ever be a starting QB in the NFL. He dosent seem to have the "touch" or finesse to his passes and i feel like he just dosent have it inbetween the ears.

I think theres alot more to the comparison than just defense and special teams. They have far better coaching, a better QB, and a roster loaded with hyper competitive players. We have guys falling asleep in meetings.

35 years in the NFL and a military background. Organizational skills, management skills, long time connections in the league. 10 years as head coach of the most major of the major market teams. A man of his experience seems quite qualified. As long as he isnt coming up with any catchy slogans i bet he would do great.

Thats as incorrect of a way to phrase it as possible. Once Rex signed that contract, he was getting the full 25 million whether he coached four games or five seasons. Rex never cared about the Bills. He didnt care how well we did. That was evident the moment he hired his brother. Rex did not work hard at his job, which is why we had 27 coaches under him. Which is why the defense sucked this year. Rex did not care. Yes, he took Pegulas for a ride. We didnt want Rex back, and Rex didnt want to come back. All he wanted was tye 25 million, and he got it.
