  1. It is tricky as all bars may not have Peacock. The Mill on Rt 9 in Round Lake has advertised they will have the game.
  2. The question is - does Josh respect Joe Brady and will he learn/ listen? I believe the Bills need a high powered, proven OC who can manage Josh. This job opening if there is one at the end of the year, will be a coveted one. Many high end OCs will believe they can fix Josh and/or put him in a position to excel. The "new" head coach will have options.
  3. Agreed but I think it goes deeper. There is a rather simplistic saying related to elementary school teachers - "If the students aren't learning, the teacher isn't teaching". It seems the players are not learning what the coaches are trying to teach.
  4. My wife has been 39 years old for 26 years. What's your point?
  5. If there was a players only meeting this morning, wouldn't it be confirmed by now? Sounds like a false alarm.
  6. Four days until I fly in. Getting pumped. This is the first time in Europe for my wife and me. Tourist stuff Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. We got a 3 day all-inclusive pass to see many of the sites. NFL experience Saturday afternoon and then get to one of the designated pubs for dinner and festivities. Game on Sunday. Paris Monday afternoon until Wednesday. Looking forward to meeting many of you. Thank you to the British guys for all the tips. I have picked up a lot of information from this thread.
  7. We also booked our flights and hotel room a couple weeks ago. Yesterday we "panicked" and bought tickets. Did not want to get to London without tickets. Got section 318 (50 yd line) Premium tickets which include food and beverages. Depending on exchange rate it will be about $670 each. We used American Express concierge to get tickets at what is supposed to be actual face value. We figured it is a one time adventure. Based on feedback from this thread we are spending 5 days in London and 3 days in Paris.
  8. Thank you. I have already put my name on the ticket list from the stadium. which I think uses Ticketmaster. They are supposed to email with details Sounds like a real good idea. I am retired so time is not an issue.
  9. Thank you and also SoCal Deek.
  10. Roadrunner - I apologize for butting in. I plan to go to the game. Can you advise what part of London to stay if I would like to see the tourist sites as well as the game? Our plan is to be in London for about a week. probably the weekend focused on the Bills (Bills backer bars or whatever on Saturday and game on Sunday) and 4 or 5 days for tourist stuff. Thank you in advance.
  11. The Bills finished second in the ESPN total offense stats. The Bills could have finished first, so I guess there should be questions. 2022 NFL Team Total Offense Stats | ESPN www.espn.com/nfl/stats/team Obviously. I do not know how to post the link.
  12. I believe they usually announce the overseas (London in the Bills case) game dates earlier. I would guess those who want tickets will need to be paying attention.
  13. I doubt Dorsey is holding back. BUT is it possible with all that has gone on over the past couple months progress has stagnated? Implementing new plays, formations etc have been limited? The Bills have been a bit sloppy lately, My opinion is we will see a more effective, efficient team this week and it will continue to get better each week in the playoffs. If God willing, no distractions.
  14. No. You said you were not against throwing snowballs. We can agree, they should not throw snowballs at the players. Hard for anyone with half a brain to rationalize that. But, I and many others also do not want to get hit by snowballs while trying to watch a football game. I think they should not be throwing snowballs at all. The police should have thrown people out. I realize they cannot catch them all but throw a few out, the BS would stop. So again, the question is, Where do you think they should throw the snowballs since you seem to think it is ok to throw snowballs if not at the opposing team bench?
  15. The games are on the away team network in most cases. NFC - Fox and AFC - CBS.
  16. Lots of rich and famous and one A Hole
  17. I am going the Jersey game. $96 per ticket third level. I live in Saratoga which makes this a day trip. Save on ticket, hotel and meals. Be better in Buffalo but the numbers don't work. Jets fans are for the most part tolerable. I am going to the Miami game this week - solo. Got premium seats ($400) where I can go inside as it would be tough to sit in the sun for 4 hours. I expect the Miami fans to be rowdy as they finally have something to look forward to. Going to the Steelers game in Highmark but it is business. No cost for the seats.
