  1. as I mentioned above… ln a civil lawsuit decision can’t touch.. social security pension Retirement accounts He’s not at a poverty level. given his career he’d likely be living off of $100K+ income from those 3 things.
  2. there appears to be two separate incidents 1. She did something with Matt that she might remember more of. 2. a second incident occurred where she had sex with multiple people. what complicates this further is her activity on prior days. I don’t know how long sperm can last inside of her showing sex with people who were not at this party but she hooked up with a day or two before. another factor is her appearance of being sober or not. If she didn’t come off as being an obviously clear as day drunk, many might have viewed her conduct as willing. many witnesses are raising questions into her story.
  3. In general, things like pensions, IRAs, 401Ks, and SS are exempt from financial court rulings.
  4. The rates a while ago were announced to get increased. It was no surprise.
  5. When I get buffalo in my local market on Sunday afternoon,I watch that game. if it’s on at 1 pm locally. Primary tv station im on is cbs/ fox ehich r er it’s on, I’m during red zone. During longer commercial breaks and half time and skim thru red zone to see what happened elsewhere. If buffaloserms to have the game wrapped up in the 4 th I’ll watch more of red zone to see the close games finishing. when it’s on local tv at 425 ( usually). Then there are 2-4 other games. I’ll skim to the 4 th quarter on those and see the finishes of those after hills game. when I don’t have it on local tv then I’m watching it. I’ve had trouble getting radio feeds of the games.
  6. I’ve watched this since it was first available in my market I lived in. what kingpin of sucked was …in digital cable it was part ofthe standard sports package. Thrn Comcast elevated it to a second sport package.
  7. these two have had issues for a while … Brady didn’t really start anything.
  8. it depends on if they clinch #2 seed before week18. They rest starters that game.
  9. Kyler Murray 2 pt conversion took 20sec and him running 85 yds over the field….just how you draw it up
  10. my thoughts on this game…. it was about big plays by each team. ni do t think the Baltimore D is all that good. Baltimore got a KO TD, a 75 yd pass TD and a 78 yd or so run TD by Lamar. then in the4th they played soft allowing big plays when other D usually play a protect the big play defense and make them dink and dunk.
  11. it depends on his case. the issue is you shouldn’t get extra medical costs on you because of a mistake by the doctor. Yes mistakes happen. Thsts why doctors are insured
  12. mine occurred due to asthma from getting a bad chest cold. Chest cold coughing induced a constant asthma attack that stressed the lungs. the signature of this is feeling small size bubble wrap in cartalidge areas of the neck and ribs. i feel he has a case on the lung. But not $5M. For a regular person this is something where medical costs are covered and the patient might get paid under $10K. i wonder if he is using the same sleaze lawyer…..
  13. im not a doctor. I had 2 superstructure times when I had perforated lungs in my 20s. i had to go into the ICU each time for monitoring reasons. recovery was not a problem. It was not a long term season ender..but more of 2 game.
  14. Chargers can’t be sued on this. he’s justified to sue. Getting $5M…Thats nuts. Hebert being drafted where he was ….he was going to play that season. That was a certainty unless Tyrol took them to some 1st place record into December….which was unlikely.
  15. I should be watching red zone channel on cable. I was on travel last weekend. I couldn't watch it.
  16. in repairing a rib injury should not have punctured a lung. This was a doctor mistake and Tyrol has a right to sue over. i had perforated lungs before. This was an unnecessary complication. It’s why DRs have malpractice insurance.
  17. i recall as a kid getting ctv , cbc, and Hamilton CHCH 11. Cable did not pick up 11. This was the case, I don’t know now…Under black out rules, CTV can’t be blocked out by cable in Niagara county because regular viewers were high enough.
  18. We already knew multiple men had sex…DNA wasn’t required. we do not know if they completed all the testing. Thry did not say what form of testing was done.
  19. nothing much has come around. it’s bern found out she has bern sexually actively sleeping with 20+ men another video has surfaced of her being at another party they have done DNA testing. Unsure how far along the are in this testing
  20. I’d would have found many other options…..evrn if it were free tickets
  21. It’s the end of the world as we know it….
  22. assuming what you saw is true…big assumption. you have to understand…everyone’s immune system is different. Unfortunately there isn’t a clear test to score peop,e on this like you can on various blood sample test like for A1C or levels of Lipids or cholesterol in your blood. Many know they are low on certain things snd they take pre actions. the immune system is more more complicated,ex with many different pieces and they are not certain yet on what is key or not. Some foods and medications you take do suppress your immune system considerably. Side affects of things like chemo also kills your immune system.pand it’s ability to function. with HIV/AIDS, it didn’t kill you, it instead ripped apart your immune system causing some simple diseases to kill you. just like with anything else you either have a high or low immune system in terms of response to infections. Another factor is how your body developed immunity and how long it lasts. With common cold natural lasts 3-6 months after having it. Same with the flu. Others might have immunity longer because of how it operates. with the flu you need annual shot. They try to guess the dominant strain will be. If they are way off then the flu dhot wont work as well if youare exposed to a different strain of the flu. with Covid cases various mutations occur. There have bern times some have gotten mutations that make them more deadly. But if they do that, they are less likely to spread. The virus needs to find a Goldilocks zone where it’s not bad enough to kill to quickly but also be good enough to spread widely. Cold and flus have in essence reached this point. Covid hasn’t yeast. it’s also impossible to do active true research on disease spreading in humans using human to do things to measure spreading and exposure tolerance levels to what causes disease symptoms vspositi exposure. wiyth the exposure testing something else is missing…..if you think about say being able to approach a kid with chicken pox because you already had it or was given a vax fir it,,,,they know you don’t pass it on…but if they did an exposure test many woukd show positive without any disease symptoms.
  23. I’ve gotten vaxxed. 2 initial, 2 boosters. Prob get next booster next month. i likeky had Covid before it was established. historically any new diseases, especially those similar to existing ones, take 6-22 months to be identified. in august-September of 3019 I had a weird cough. I have asthma. This was different. It lasted about 7 weeks. Luckily the cough I had didn’t induce an asthma attack. In my ear 20s I got 2 different chest colds that led toa perforated lung and a trip to the ICU at buffalo general. i went through some tests for pneumonia but those were negative. my symptoms were very consistent with early forms of it but milder because the virus hadn’t gotten stronger. something else occurred,I had to get a CT scan with contrast. They happened to catch something in the lungs. The CT scan revealed lung scaring consistent with where the cough appeared to occur and consistent with lung damage in others.
