Panama City has been a college spring break town for 40 yrs. You get 20 something’s post college going therr innthe spring as well. with Helene many pulled out of any trip to that area with the uncertainty of the storm. My SIL niece ( I look at her as a niece as I’ve known her when she was born) married someone who is from pensecola. They live in buffalo area. His parents have a house very close to the beach.

She didn’t play a TV mom., thus not a MILF

That's the trade off….you want a might life in a beach area but don’t want the college kid invasion. They can’t control that. then there are those hurricanes.

This is the area of coastal South Carolina down through Florida, along I-10, south texas, along 10 thru phoenix and SoCal. major airports are LA, phx, Houston, Miami, and Orlando has a lot of direct flights. another factor— can you afford to live there. Houston has a low cost of living but hurricane/ flood insurance is expensive. San Diego is one of the best places with stable year round temps but real estate is very high Seattle/ Portland/ Vancouver area doesn’t get very cold in winter. Usual highs are mid 40s- low 50s and overnights in mid 40s You may get 2-3 times a year of snow of an inch or two ( more if you live in higher elevations). In the summer temps are in the mid 70s low 80s innthr mid Atlantic area of Maryland- NC you get cold snaps but in winter the temps are also mid 40s/ low 50s with lows mid 30s. The farther south it shifts a lityke warmer so Raleigh snd Virginia Beach regularly get 60s in winter months

I wonder how many of those were from flexing games.

Imaging this…the poorly paid , very good kicker puts a bet on himself to not make a kick using a third party? -
Matt Harmon: "Khalil Shakir is the perfect WR for the modern NFL"

Don’t like the basketball analogy because it’s situation dependent. The shooter innthose 3-3 3 pt attempts could be wide open 3s from thr top part of the key while if he’s taking 1+ many of those others therr are dealing with adjusting shots due to uncommon pressure or attempted blocks similarly in catches….types of routes matter and situation matters like being forced. -
reputation/ expectation. They lost on the road to KC by a fraction of an inch on thr last play. Thrn they blew a lead against the raiders. They almost blew it again against Dallas. last time they played the Ravens they came back to win

It’s due to Bsss Pro confusion If he hangs around a few years but you clearly see a drop it could. it’s not common for kickers to make it but he has a shot.

Bills had a difficult schedule to start on paper Arizona At miami ** jacksonville ** at baltimore ** at houston ** At jets tennessee at Seattle miami ** at colts Chiefs ** bye SF ** at Rams at detroit ** Cheats jets At cheats they started with arizona who was going to be better. 2021 Kyler Murray had AZ in the playoffs but the last two seasons he had significant injuries shorten his seasons. The team would be better and more competitive. the next 4 were playoff teams last season with 3 of them on the road. followed up by the popular Cinderella team in the Jets. later in the season they have chiefs, niners, tams, lions which on paper look to be very good teams this season, Many “ experts” had bills going 9-8 or 10-7 because they didn’t know what the bills WRs would be. brady finished last year after he took over winning games. I don’t understand why the issues was. today in ESPN I heard some ####### report make the comment of not respecting the bills because of the arizona game….

you forgot one… he’s jealous of Trevor Lawrence now getting to grab Mitch Morse’s snapped ball

The Bills beat the Jags because… (superstition reasons only)

How are we feeling about the next 3 weeks?

Thry could win every game or lose every game Ravens have defense issues. with Houston against Minnesota they were using their 3rd and 4th running backs. They should have both backs for buffalo. Houston has been overhyped this year when last year they went 7-3 in one score games last year. Stroud got noticed because some of those were 4 th quarter come backs. As we say this year their 2 wins were by one score and losing teams had ball to take the lead late. the Jets — they are the Jets… -
You will hear about it today. WAS/CIN game yesterday was a no punt game along with having no turnovers. They seem to have forgotten the Bills/49ers game in 1993 with Kelly vs Steve Young. I don’t recall if that was turnover fee but it had no punts.

his character doesn’t justify the hate. him and Allen might not have been on the same page on some throws like do you cut in or cut out on a route. I don’t blameDavis for that. davis is a decent WR and very good blocking WR. He’s not a #1. He can be a solid #2.

Nabers, Harrison, and Bears Odunze were expected to be studs and try appear they will be Coleman is on this large group drafted 20-40 and I prefer to do comparison among them. Thry are different receivers, used differently. -

What the other poster was saying is true with many downtown areas. I live in metro DC. The downtown section north of the fed govt buildings is primarily office buildings. Some fed agencies but most are contractors, special interest/ lobby groups. When Covid hit the downtown area was hammered really hard. the arrant is on the east end of downtown . The restaurants near the arena have survived better. The west side of downtown is George Washington university/ medical center area also survived better the area around baseball/ soccer stadium also survived. DC has other areas of town that were more mix use neighborhoods that saw better survival rates. Thr key to this is having it be mixed with residential, shopping, and some work sites. in DC the arena for nhl/ nba is near the center of town. It’s near the center point of the subway system creating easy flow in/ out. the baseball and soccer stadiums are south of downtown. The dtops are about 7 min from the center to transfer to get out. Can drive out of here like the arena. nfl stadium is like orchard park. The beltway is the main route. -

I have a friend who is part of the construction crew. There are a few things behind but not much. Those behind were more supply chain delays. -
I get the decision to go for it. the idea is if you don’t get the 4 th down you feel your D can stop KC and you get the ball back still needing a TD. if Buffalo did that and kick a FG and they didn’t get close again people on here would be ripping McD nads off for poor play ca ling

Being 0-3 at home is a must win game psychologically. Hoe many 0-4 teams have made the playoffs? If they have must win panic they might try to pull wacky plays that succeed thst are probability unlikely to succeed. with term surviving and being 1-2 they won’t have that must win panic.

Except you are not factoring in stadiums and local weather. Dallas is close to a dome and doesn’t get the wind affects. bills stadium has probably the worst winds.

Mine are morbid…….. 1. Oklahoma City bomber Timothy mcVeigh went to starpoint high school. I knew his sister and classmates of his 2. That northern NY prison escape thst became a Netflix miniseries. You had the CO assist thrm and having a relationship with one of the two es apes. I’m connected to the other one shot and killed. He and his brother were foster kids in May hometown. My brother and his brother were in 7 th grade together and got into a fight. They lived down the street from my brothers now wife. They played with him in the neighborhood games. 3. the nashville school shooting. My bother snd his wife live in nashville and each connected to a few victims of the shooting. My SIL knee one of the adults killed. My brothers colleague lost a niece/ nephew/ grandchild some weird random things… 1. Freshman yr at college. One of the hallmates went to school with a former neighbor of mine. Thry moved when he was a senior to the southern suburbs. 2. random plane flight. There was someone I knew sitting near me from a prior job I had. He didn’t work innthe immediate group as me but was someone I regularly saw. 3. if I wasn’t able to travel back to Buffalo in conjunction with work travel therr is a 10% probability I woukd have bern on the flight that continental flight that crashed. 4. Years ago I was at Grand Canyon walk the trail on the rim. I come across a family from buffalo. They weren’t wearing bills gear. Just talked and they said they were from buffalo. Other places in my adult life this has happened where I met transplants randomly ( not at a bills bar). Along the I-95 corridor there are many buffalo area transplants ——-below is a longer story—- I was in high school ski club. The ski club teacher was young. My older brother didn’t know her. This teach was not my teacher. She taught things like accounting and business math classes. She and my dad , who came to pick me up after skiing, got to talking. They were from the same family because they shared same family stories. They knew the same grandparents level of the family. I don’t recall ever seeing that part of the family. my dads father was a single child and died before I was born.we were separated from the family last name relatives. The story was brothers and their SOs came here from Sicily around 1907 or so. My grandfather was the first child born in the U.S. in 1910. Before My senior year this teacher left my school on maternity leave. I graduated in 1987. The end of the prior school year she was obviously pregnant. I don’t recall the exact year. It was roughly mid 1990s. I was at a friends house around Xmas/ new years time. This friend wife invited her brother and his gf. My brother was with me there. I got talking to the girlfriend and it turns a little stalkerish but I was right— she had mentioned her last name was the same as ours. She looked close enough to be the younger sister of that teacher. I say to her is your sisters name is XXX and you should have a niece/ nephew who is about y years old. She confirmed it. My brother had this dumbfounded look on his face. I explain to him thr background story of her sister being a teacher and our dad talking to her.
