MNF After Dark: Titans at Broncos 10:10pm
Bookie Man replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Denver D must be getting tired. This is where Henry takes over. -
What do you expect out of our offense game 1?
Bookie Man replied to John from Riverside's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
No huddle and spread attack, similar to how they started game 1 of last season vs the Jets. No huddle forces Gregg Williams blitz heavy defense into more vanilla looks. I think Josh hits on a deep score after some underneath stuff. 27-14 Bills. -
Maybe like a D'Angelo Williams / Jonathan Stewart type backfield. 60/40 DS. I could see 1100/7 TDs for Singletary and 750/10 for Moss.

Oops....Dolphins lose Rookie Weaver to browns
Bookie Man replied to BillsMafi$'s topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Wow didn't realize Weaver fell to the 5th round. I remember seeing him mocked to Buffalo in the 2nd or 3rd round. I wanted no part him that high. -
I remember I thought he was going to kill it in the NFL. He was all over the field at OSU. Thought his floor was Dexter Coakley... The draft is such a crapshoot.

What if it was just The Reds? -
This picture of a fan in a Bills jersey makes me cringe
Bookie Man replied to chongli's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
It looks like that guy on the left side of the pic is wearing an Ahmad Bradshaw jersey. If this were a Bills game, I feel like there'd be more Bills gear there. Bills Mafia shows out the best in the league. -
Jake Fromm: Controversial comments
Bookie Man replied to Elite Poster's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Yes my stepfather is black and he would say that "once you black, you never go back" thing to me and my brothers all the time haha. And we would always throw inappropriate jokes around to each other. And I have an Asian friend who jokes that Asians are superior because they are smarter and I have a black friend who jokes that blacks are superior because they're more gifted athletically, survival of the fittest. And I'm mixed with a lot of things, so I'm just like whatever you guys say. If some of our group texts got out, idk what would happen, the universe might implode. But neither one of those guys has a racist bone in their body. So perhaps that's why I'm not ready to jump on the kid yet, without knowing the whole story. But I feel where you're coming from and I respect your stance on the matter. -

Why is he trying to get silencers though? What is he, John Wick? -

He seems to be joking about being an elite white person. Bad form and bad timing. What if Josh's "if it ain't white, it ain't right" tweet just got leaked? Would we have to cut him too? How is this different? Before you judge, think about if every one of your texts got made public, would there be anything to talk about? He made a mistake. He took ownership and apologized. Forgive and move on imo. -
VR the next best thing in player evaluation?
Bookie Man replied to TwistofFate's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Exactly. I'm wondering why VR as a tool hasnt already been incorporated in pre draft and even standard nfl practices. Mostly for QBs. What better way to test for pocket presence than NFL simulated pressure? Or to see if you make the right read? You could use the same simulation for all QBs so you could see what EXACTLY how each QB would react with all things being equal. And NFL defenses? You could have a different program for every defensive coordinator. Endless possibilities really. -

Those goal line stands were pretty awesome though! -
Bills vs Browns last year
Bookie Man replied to John from Riverside's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I remember watching the slow-mo replay. It really didn't look like the ball moved forward at all. It looked like Mayfield just caught it and dropped it straight down. imo, it was a fumble and would have been a game sealer. That's a game I really wanted back. It really irked me losing that one for some reason. But yeah a bad call in my book. They called that exact kind of play a fumble against the Bills, and that one actually traveled forward, so I guess it's whatever the refs feel like at that moment. There needs to be a rule for sake of clarity. If the ball doesn't travel more than a yard from the QBs hand, it's a live ball if it hits the ground or something like that. But it will never happen because it makes too much sense and NFL likes things more muddied and complicated. -
Aaron Rodgers speaking to reporters Friday
Bookie Man replied to BuffaloBills1998's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I'm not advocating for him, but you would have to think, Buffalo would be superbowl FAVORITES if they acquired him. I could see 14-2 or 15-1 type season. -
I'm not sure. Bills had #1 passing D in the league in 99 with 167 /ypg. I get it the passing game was different back then but 2nd closest was 179 / ypg. Winfield, Schulz, Henry Jones were some bad dudes. Thomas Smith was not quite Tre White level, but he was definitely a lockdown guy. I love the this 20 defense, but that 99 D line. Bruce, Hansen, Marcellus Wiley with Ted Washington and Pat Williams on the inside. Sam Cowart imo was the best ILB that year, better than Ray Lewis. That 99 defense just played a very physical brand of defense. This 2020 defense has a lot of potential, but that 99 D was something special.

99 D was better

I rarely ever dream of the Bills or Bills players in the offseason. But last night I had a dream Josh Allen was my bartender and he kicked me out bc I was wearing a Losman jersey. He said "it makes sense though. He only wears half my number, " as he slid his finger down the middle of his shirt. "Because he's half the player." I was like DAAMN haha. It was actually really funny, I woke up laughing. And yes, I do own a Losman jersey, sadly.
