The point of the tariffs is as a negotiation tactic. Not to actually impose them. Mexico's economy would collapse if they can't sell to the US. They will have to comply

And so on and so on I think whatever they do the word will get out that it's not a good idea to walk to the US and the less number we have to deal with at the border the better.
