If I was an NFL owner, I’d spend massive amounts of money on the best coaches scouts and recruiting. There’s no limit so why not? if I was drafting a qb I’d pay guys like Manning and Brady as a consultant to scout the top 5 QBs in any given year. Then I’d bring in a top notch QB coach and Pay your QB coach more than he’d make as an OC or HC etc etc. id have twice as many scouts as any other team and pay double the salary for the best ones. maybe there’s some rules against this but, why not?! Winning would pay for it .

AJ McCarron is a decent comp. But McCarthy just seems even less talented than AJ. Idk I don’t see it. Didn’t he throw 1 pass in the second half against Penn St? DQ Jones is a must. lots of good guys I’d like back but I’d only take them back on Cheapo deals. I feel like Shaq Lawson would be an easy cheap resign, whereas espenesa might get a big deal. Dodson was great but Williams filled in nicely and we get Milano back. The CBs are depth guys, can’t pay big money for them. Loved Ty Johnson but I’m not spending big money Jon a backup RB. We also have Hines coming back eventually/allegedly

In his defense, didn’t he do that all year?? Maybe that’s why they got this far in the first place? We can’t really judge bc we all are bills fans and haven’t watched every lions game. for example, non-bills fans would not have known bass had stunk for 10 straight games and there was a ZERO percent chance he makes that 4th and 9 kick v the Chiefs. non-bills fans may not have known that there was also a ZERO percent chance our D would stop KC if we made that FG. only bills fans would know this. So only bills fans would know that going for it on 4th and 9 was the correct call. Every other fan base would call that decision dumb and consider missing an easy FG just “bad luck”. But we know the truth. maybe lions fans know something similar
