What if Rosen isn’t at the top of our draft board?

I’m going straight to the message board to whatever team drafts Allen to watch the melt. Except this one, I may leave for 6 months to avoid the melt. Is there a fan base out there this morning saying “Man, I hope we get Josh Allen”. It seems everyone has been “anyone but Josh Allen” since January.

Obviously a franchise QB is not the complete foundation of the team, but you can’t build the foundation without a franchise QB in place. Otherwise you’re just using bandaids to try and fix bullet holes. Get the franchise QB, then build the foundation. Team building 101.

Also the top two on that list went to cold weather cities.

Which means he probably was off the charts. Most QB’s always feel like they could have done better.

I would do dirty unimaginable things to make sure he’s in Buffalo!

Rosen is at the top of my list, but I’d be fine with it. If that’s the QB Beane and the scouts have identified, then who am I, a random Joe fan sitting on my couch watching the draft on TV to argue? I do think higher of Allen than most on this board though. He’s my #3 behind Rosen and Mayfield. I think his completion % at Wyoming is blown way out of proportion.

Does it really matter if it’s a secret who they are taking at 1? Unless it’s not a QB, I can’t imagine a scenario where it would hurt them if they come out and said they have begun contract talks with a QB.

If the pick in year two throws 25 TD’s, and 8 INT’s, completes 62% of his passes and leads the Bills to the playoffs. No one will even remember or care what the Bills gave up. Does anyone really remember or care what the Eagles gave up for Wentz at this point?

He’s the only one of the top 4 QB’s I would be ok with packaging our 2019 1st with a trade package. Unless he goes number one to the Browns, we have the loot to make him ours if Beane wants him.

That’s opinion based. A lot of people including myself would be happy with Josh Allen.

I can see a scenario where they use 12/22 to trade up to get our QB, then packaging our two 2nd rounders to move up to the bottom of the 1st if there’s a LB or OL target they can’t wait for.

I think Rosen is the one QB that the Bills could select and it would be unanimously approved by just about everyone. Except that one guy on this board who has a weird obsession with starting Rosen hate posts. Everyone else seems on board though.

Well I just booked a flight to my first ever Bills home game. It’s been at the top of my bucket list all my life. Coming in for the Jets game in December. Hoping for snow! 37 years old and only saw snow twice in my life.
