  1. I do not want to interact with vehicle salespeople any longer. Direct to consumer sales is available from newer companies such as Tesla, Rivian, and Lucid. You pick which options you want and pay for it. I did this with a Telsa Y when it first came out about 6-7 yrs ago and sold it 2 yrs later for more than I bought it. I have a deposit on the new Rivian 2. The Y was the most fun car I ever had. Drove all over the east coast with no charging issues. But I digress. I went to a local Tesla dealer to test drive a couple models. Then ordered the vehicle on line and it was delivered to the dealer. No more sales people.
  2. Nope: https://www.snopes.com/fact-check/golden-ticket-arrest/
  3. Good there are no drink sips for McD clapping or Bosa/Bishop/Spector working off to the side with trainers.
  4. There are still 7 stages left including the Alps.
  5. I have to be honest that I chose an ebike before hitting Ventoux. It was difficult even with an ebike. I might still be pedaling with a regular road bike. One item I recall is how dry it seems going up that mountain and you have to continually drink a lot of water even though you may not be sweating much. I helped treat a couple of riders that collapsed when they reached the peak lookout. They were dehydrated. i have more respect for the condition the riders are in.
  6. Yep, with it every day! Always enjoy the TdF as it also provides good ideas where to visit on the next EU trip. I hope Jonas is just keeping pace for now and will try to catch Tadej in the mountains. Thet will make the tour more interesting. We rode for a week on the Tour last year and also did Mont Ventoux. Had to compete partial stages before the actual riders started. These people provide a very nice experience if that interests anyone but it is $. https://www.thomsonbiketours.com/tdf-advance-reservation/?gad_source=1&gad_campaignid=10982741409&gbraid=0AAAAAD_kFGSEU1dljUqabNygoEG9a5FoU&gclid=Cj0KCQjw-NfDBhDyARIsAD-ILeCDh_8Gkg0AA0wjAPB6Vboi7r_i_d_faCZCTc8yYc1VyB6fNvbILewaAkPbEALw_wcB
  7. I just reviewed my PSL Contract and nothing regarding the resale of tix. There is language about the resale of PSLs. i spoke with the reps at my PSL sale event and specifically asked about ticket resale and they said no restrictions.
  8. That is Alan Parker, https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alan_Parker_(musician)
  9. It appears his ( @eball) point is not the volume of posts but the perspective and gist of your posts in this thread.
  10. Peacock has Tour de France 2025 exclusively for the US. Plenty of people, including me, have it just to watch the TdF. Now I can also use it for some NFL games.
  11. I just saw this posted on buffalobills reddit. Unsure of its accuracy but it correlates to my seats.
  12. Received this Super Bowl LX VIP/priority access for tix from the Bills today. Perhaps because I am a STH. https://onlocationexp.com/nfl/super-bowl-tickets
  13. As a STH, receiving many more requests for tix this year vs past years. Attribute that to the final season at the Ralph.
  14. I have season tickets but I never go. I try to give them to someone else or donate them.
  15. Get ahead of others and book hotel room for every weekend except weekends 1 & 3 and cancel those after you find out for sure.
