  1. I expect Davis to have a huge year too. I feel this scheme is a wonderful fit for him if he stays healthy
  2. This is year 1 of the Patriots slow decline. It has been said for years but I think this is definitely the beginning of the end. Mediocre at best FA signings and poor drafting has caught up with them, among other internal issues between the players and staff...
  3. Respect to Nate, he manned up and said he messed up by not including Tre on his top 10 2nd year player list, showing him a ton of respect in the process. Tip my hat to any man that can admit his mistakes. Some further context- Also Tre called out Nate on the Andrew Siciliano interview which I can't find and was already posted on here.
  4. I agree ESPN has went downhill but The Espys is pretty awesome , and the only sports award show. Jimmy V's famous speech is one of the most iconic and heartwarming moments in history, period. The Jimmy V award is a big deal and Jim Kelly deserves it 100%. To see how close these Hof guys are to the Bills still is just awesome and I can't wait to see them celebrating our first Lombardi soon.
  5. Idk why we're lowering expectations. The same reasons everyone said would get us 4-6 wins last year is the same reasons being said this year. Whoever is QB week 1 has a good shot at being better than Tyrod, who was overall pretty terrible
  6. Yea true but I feel it's making a comeback as elite QB play has went downhill. Still feel guys like Shady are highly regarded , it's just that most RB nowadays have a good 2-3 years and fall off. As Nate Burleson said at halftime of the WildCard game,"He's the best player on the field" Which is quite a compliment considering the guys on that Jax D.
  7. Best RB in the game since 2013, statistically. He was magnificent last year, and hasn't lost a step at all. I think people don't talk enough about how great he is at avoiding big hits we see RB regularly take, which is why I see him putting up elite numbers for 2-3 more years for sure. Also his condition is bar none. He's very close to being a HOF.
  8. For the contract they gave him, McD must feel he's going to have a huge impact on his defense. He's the second highest paid defender behind Hughes I believe, so the coaches must be very confident in him. Front 7 should be vastly improved , which makes an elite secondary even better... The defense really played well down the stretch and almost won us that WC game , I'm confident in the progression
  9. To play like he did as a ROOKIE CB was amazing. That was with one of the worse pass rushes in the league. Can't wait to see him with the improved front 7. Def a special player, can see him being a a top 3-5 cb for a long time..
  10. I feel like they're reliable at certain positions. I feel their CB and WR stats usually are pretty on point. Edge rushers too. I don't feel their QB or RB grades translate well at all. Either way, they aren't the holy Grail , just an analytical way to rate players. Football is wayyyyyy deeper than analytics, but it's still interesting
  11. I know this is strictly based analytics but Tre has looked the part in every aspect of his game, as a Rookie CB! .. Awesome to hear his name in the conversation . I think he's going to be a top 5 shutdown cb for a long long time Pff exposes some terrible Peters numbers in that link I posted. Rhodes as well.
  12. Super Mario should definitely be the 2nd or 3rd DE. He gave us 3 elite years, with 38 sacks and some amazing run D. Tre White will be on this list soon
  13. Yea Kerley is the oldest WR and a reliable vet,no chance he doesn't stick imo. It all comes down to KB imo. He has # 1 wr potential, if he reaches that potential , it makes the other WR job that much easier. If he struggles like last year, the group likely struggles, I got faith in him in a contract year as well. Also , we have one of , if not , the best pass catching RB in the NFL and an above average TE ,which will help our QB tremendously Don't sleep on Streater...
  14. I like Ray Ray. I can see him being a week 1 contributor,in a Tyreek Hill like role, this class is going to be special
  15. Just watching him do drills , he's clearly the most talented QB we've had since Kelly. Time will tell how that translates on the field but it's an exciting time , I trust Beanes vision 100%
  16. You're right, this place doesn't get it, including you. Not sure what this is based off? College is history , only time will tell with these QBs. Might be a full year til we tell on Allen.
  17. Just imagine when Training Camp rolls around and we're getting daily stats , going to be a madhouse
  18. Keep the Ralph. Finally a coach realizing how great that home field can be ... It's a special place
  19. All biased aside, he's up there. Glad he's out of the division
  20. Rafeal Bush at S too. Was an under the radar , big depth upgrade and a guy I feel could be like Poyer because of the system. Quietly upgraded this defense
  21. I agree. I'm thinking around 5 mil per. I'm intrigued why Philly flat out released him? He's extremely athletic and versatile and seems to be very dedicated to football, def a McD guy. Kendricks/Edmunds/Milano-Lorax is interesting! Lot of speed and versatility, can really mix things up and confuse offenses with that trio , and suddenly the LB corps has serious upside and potential!
  22. Was one of the biggest Tyrod supporters on here til about March (don't know my CFB too well) when I realized this QB class can truly be special. Peterman is clearly years away from being NFL caliber. For the Bills to even consider starting him after 6 picks in under 3 quarters would mean he would have to blow Mccarron and Allen out the water .. Mccarron is on another planet as an unproven bridge QB. Bills spent the 12th,53rd and 56th pick (I believe) on Allen, who is on another planet than Peterman as far as raw talent. Even the limited video of Allen at the rookie camp was impressive. He's 6'5 , moving like he's 6'0. More Cam Newton than Peyton Manning. He's the present and future. Of course it will be a competition. Sean McDermott is luckily our coach, that's how he runs the ship and I love him. My question is what on Gods green earth makes you believe Peterman can even contend with AJ ? Based on NFL film, Nathan looks like he's multiple years away from being in that conversation. Nothing I seen from him gives me hope that he'll pan out....
  23. I agree. The news was all over my Google feed, where I get my news, came here to get the inside details and was confused because I didn't see that headline.
  24. McDermott to me has to be in the conversation of elite defensive minds in the NFL. And he seems to hit on FA and drafted players , knowing exactly what role the new guys are going to play. His scheme seems extremely easy for players to grasp , yet causes consistent turmoil for opposing offenses. I see this defense as top 10 or better , with year 2 of the roster remake, and no big time losses and alot of gains on D , I can see a great defense for years to come.. I agree. Nothing to do with skills(which Allen clearly had the highest ceiling)- I don't know if Rosen has that warrior spirit in him , or has the ability to lead a group of grown men on offense. I see the total opposite in Allen
  25. Crazy we had Watkins,Woods, Goodwin and Hogan ... The guy I might miss the most is Rookie Karlos Williams. If he panned out, him and Shady would be terrorizing defenses
