  1. Rivers seems to play well against most teams his entire career, so I can’t act like I didn’t expect him to have a good game. That said, he’s been a Bills killer throughout his career. Then again, Big Ben was undefeated vs. the Bills as well before that Sunday night game.
  2. Thank you for that. The refs stole our D’s only big play of the game.
  3. If I were any more relaxed, I’d be in a coma. I’m just calling a spade a spade. There is NO excuse for an NFL receiver to let a pass go right through his hands. None. Least of all that the QB threw it too hard. There isn’t a more lame excuse for a receive to miss a ball. None.
  4. And to add insult to that injury, we got called for holding on the return! Same here. Verbatim. And they never did.
  5. Yes! The angle CLEARLY showed the Colts receiver’s knee off the ground BEFORE Poyer touched him. And everybody know it.
  6. Josh Allen won that game with precious little help from anyone else, especially our defense.
  7. Nope. A pass that is sails RIGHT THRU YOUR HANDS, and you get paid millions to catch them, has NOTHING to do with how fast the ball was thrown. What a horse crap excuse for a receiver. “Josh, your threw it too hard.” Get the F out of here with that crap.
  8. Wrong! One angle CLEARY showed Poyer’s hand touching the Colt player’s back AFTER the Colt player’s knee was off the ground. This will go down as a crap call in the annals of crap calls. And EVERYONE knows it.
  9. That’s fair...I guess.
  10. True, but like I’ve said previously, I’m gonna tip my hat to Philip Rivers. But still, I’m highly suspect of our D’s ability to make a critical stop or two when needed most.
  11. That’s more than fair. Our D doesn’t seem to be up to championship caliber. To say the least.
  12. Fetch me my brown trousers!
  13. Nope, I’m not gonna make a potential turnover by Josh a reason for a potential loss when I saw three, count ‘em THREE passes pass through the hands of his receivers previously, all of which would have extended drives and given us superior field position. Speaking of field position, I wish Daboll wouldn’t continue to insist on neutering Allen inside our own 20.
  14. Why would Allen have gotten the blame? He won the fricken game for us. The ONLY blame in the loss would have gone to our defense.
  15. Phew! Hats off to Philip Rivers who played a magnificent game. Just what I expected. The epitome of a cagey, crafty veteran. We will only go as far as Josh can take us. Our defense is simply not championship caliber. Thank God, Josh is.
  16. He certainly has a seat at the table.
  17. I agree. McFrazier are gonna have to play chess with the sub packages.
  18. Bledsoe had actually turned 30 prior to the trade, but he was still in his prime.
  19. Allen has been demonstrating a clutch gene since his rookie year. Your other two points are more than fair.
  20. He’s not going anywhere. He’s THE attractive aspect in luring good GM, HC, and FA prospects to that team. He’s also the shortest solution to getting that program turned around. He won’t be the first HOF caliber QB to languish with a bad team and he won’t be the last.
  21. Well, Josh Allen is a defensive end... ...for the Jaguars.
  22. Gotta contain all that gray matter.
  23. Took him 10 years to hit the totally arbitrary 60% mark. I know, I know; it was a different game back then.
  24. Their move to the AFC was a fait accompli by the time the Jets kicked their ass in SBIII, but I appreciate your point none the less.
