  1. If we want a stud WR opposite Diggs, it’s going to have to happen via the draft imo. No way we pay another FA WR big money. I don’t think there is even one legit WR2, available via FA this year, let alone WR1b. Maybe a handful of WR3s. Lots of WR4-6 Sign a vet or 2 to low gtd prove it deals and draft one in rd 1 or 2 imo.
  2. Meh, I’d rather draft a WR, OL, DL that might be in a time share year one than drafting a S or MLB in rd 1. Both positions may be wide open next year. How much tape have you watched of these WR prospects? It’s hard to have that opinion if you don’t know much about the prospects. I think Johnston is going to be a star in the right system. Especially ours.
  3. No offense Grundlepoo, but that’s a strange comment coming from the guy beating down the door for RBs in rd 1- the position that always has talented players later in the draft.
  4. The OP list is just the guys I’ve seen most of. I don’t know much about him other than he’s supposed to be selected before we pick and he doesn’t have the prototypical size/speed I was hoping for. That’s not to say he’s not going to be a great pro. I have to watch more. Is he a Keenan allen-ish type prospect? The purpose of the post is to get all the WR draft prospect discussion in one spot because there will be a lot of it. Please discuss what you know about JSN so we can all learn more. I just don’t know enough yet to discuss.
  5. I’m never a fan of drafting a sub 180 lb WR, especially those that run 4.45+ Eager to see what he runs. He’s a great route runner for sure. Just dunno if he has the juice to stay alive.
  6. That’s no way to live John. Interesting- I watched some Jarrett- he reminded me of Curtis Samuel. Nothing really stood out to me except his athleticism, but I haven’t watched very much yet. Maybe a poor man’s Dj Moore?
  7. It’s looking like We’ll be looking to draft at least 1 WR in the first 2 days of the draft. We’ve gone back to John Brown and Cole Beasley. Two moves that I’m happy about…. Which is why WR must be addressed early in the draft. I just wanted to get the discussion going and see who you guys like and in which rounds. Just from watching a decent amount of college football this year and watching a couple hours of highlights, this WR group has some intriguing talent and some electricity in small packages. I’ll get it started by talking about the guys I’ve seen the most of. Quintin Johnston- TCU- Early on in the process (only watched live games and highlights), I think I’d give up this years 1st and next years 2nd for him. 6’4, 215 tackle breaking rac monster. He looks special to me and I think he’ll be a top 10 pick and the 1st wr taken. He’d be perfect compliment to Diggs and a sure fire hall of famer with Josh throwing to him….. as long as he clean up his concentration lapse drops. As of 12/29, he’s the guy I want. A guy can dream. 😔 Kayshon Boutte- LSU- disappointing junior year and I’m hearing serious character issues. Dunno if he’s a McD type. He’s electric with the ball in his hand. His tape from freshman to junior year looks so much different though. I want the freshman version. 6’0 185ish. Rashee Rice- SMU- not sure what to think about him. His tape doesn’t wow me but he’s tough. Solid route runner and catches the ball. Tough in the open field and making contested catches. 6’2 200. Rd 2? Cedric Tillman- 6’3 215 34.5 inch arm- if he runs in the 4.4’s, could he be a 1st rd pick or is he 2nd rd bound like Pickens was? Similar in speed and stature to gabe but excels in contested catches and is tough after the catch, unlike Gabe. Then there’s the undersized speed demons- such an interesting group. I was hoping to add a wr with speed and also some size- preferably with a larger catch radius and plus contested catch. Basically, I don’t want another Mckenzie body clone. Not that all of these WRs are Dirty body clones, but are sub 180ish lbs. What are your guys thoughts on these guys: Jalin Wyatt Josh Downs Zay Flowers All 3 big time speed threats- but are they big enough to hold up as a go to playmaker and be worthy a late 1st round pick? Wyatt and Downs could be day 1 selections. Flowers likely 2. anyone have knowledge of Tyler Harrell? Marquez Stevenson-like but probably faster and more built. Where do you guys think he’ll be drafted? Those are the guys I know most about at the moment- eager to hear what you guys think about them and the others. would love more info on: Jaxon Smith-Njigba Jordan Addison parker Washington AT Perry Trey Palmer Jonathan Mingo Johnny Wilson Dontayvion Wicks Ainias Smith Puka Nacua Go Bills
  8. Benched? He’s pro bowl 1st alternate!!!
  9. I agree. We have to be able to make teams pay for selling out to stop 17. The opportunities in the run game will be there. That’s not taking the ball out of Josh’s hands. That’s giving him another weapon. A weapon that he doesn’t even have to swing. Going on a 3-4 playoff game win streak is going to be near impossible if 17 is the entire O. Use the backs. Both are good.
  10. Listening to Chris Simms’ preview of the game. Didn’t want to make a new thread about it, so I’ll leave it here. two things stood out to me: He doesn’t think we can run on them at all due to DJ Reader. If that’s the case, I think it’ll be a long day….. but I think we’ll have some success on the ground. Just enough to get the W. He thinks Cinci will play a lot of play man. I hope that’s the case. Cam Taylor Britt or Eli Apple on Diggs? 17 should throw that way every time he’s in single coverage.
  11. It’s very simple- it doesn’t “prove” anything. If Carr gets hurt, they might not be able to cut him 3 days after the super bowl as they are planning to do. This way, they don’t have to worry about “not being able to cut him”. They’ll be able to
  12. I would think there is no chance of this happening
  13. He’s been loyal because he’s holding the franchise hostage. He’s not capable of winning the SB with any team imo. The raiders paid him well for being a meh qb. He should be nothing but grateful to that team
  14. Yup, looking for someone to sliiiiiiide up in his DMs
  15. I agree. I just don’t know if that OL exists in this draft
  16. No they don’t.
  17. And the pats And Russ got KO’d and the broncos had to finish with Rypien .
  18. Thanks for ruining my afternoon!! I had so much planned too
  19. It IS different. He knows the more vitriol he spots, the more vitriol he’ll get in return. And that’s all he wants. He’s smart. Bills mafia falls for it every time. I used to like his basketball takes. He’s an informed nba fan and knows his stuff most of the time.
  20. Including 2 MONSTER turnovers vs the Bills that lost the game for the chiefs
  21. I wonder how many clicks this thread gave him. Bills mafia = Nick wright job security. If you hate him. Ignore him.
  22. I haven’t watched one of his vids or mentioned his name in a year plus. I suggest every Bills fan do the same. He’ll probably get fired as his clicks will go from 200k to 2k. Don’t fuel him.
  23. Idk….. I don’t have the time nor energy to waste my minutes on earth thinking about something so stupid. No offense- get over it. It brings nothing but a higher blood pressure. Trust Yup. That front 7 is ridiculous. Charvarious Ward has been a perfect fit in that system. Hufanga is a missle- Jimmy ward, versatile. Their other corners can be exposed as long as you can scheme your WRs open quick enough to get the ball out before their DL destroys your OL and QB. Ryan’s will be a HC next season 💯
  24. It really is a MASSIVE advantage now that there’s only 1 bye SF is legit too. Very legit Were you hibernating august through the KC game? If so, you missed the Bills bias over every team in the nfl…..as if we were the only team that had a chance to win the SB.
  25. My wife kills the big spiders!
