  1. I prefer Dane Brugler over everyone. His current top 100 includes: 31 Sanders 37 Simpson 53 Campbell 64 Henley 98 To’oTo’o
  2. Considering he hasn’t replied to the thread once- it has to be an April fools
  3. “Need”……No. Not sure why people continue to use that word. As if there is only one way to win a Lombardi. We “need” to go through the playoffs without a loss and there a several ways this team can accomplish this. Not one, as you suggest with the word need. end of thread.
  4. Hahaha! Now that would’ve been great
  5. If he was a more consistent pass rusher, then maybe rd 1. He has 1st rd physical attributes. I just see him as a run plugger at this point with the potential to be a decent pass rusher. Hot and cold motor + inconsistency scares me in huge men.
  6. I’d take him rd 2, but I think that unrealistic. I really don’t want a DT rd 1.
  7. Yeah he did. This would be as good a place as any to proclaim Anderson supremely overrated. I think he’ll be solid but unspectacular. Maybe like a Dexter Fowler. I’d be very happy with wright as well. He’s more well rounded and way more powerful than Harrison. I think both will be better than Spencer Brown.
  8. Agreed. I think I’d rather have him than anyone.
  9. I know well enough to pick guys that I don’t want: Cam Smith Mazi Smith
  10. And he went undrafted.
  11. Fletcher was shorter but I’m not sure what he weighed in at the combine. He played at 240-245. Fletchers biggest issue wasn’t his height and wright imo. It was his arms. 29 1/4. Henley has 33 inch arms. Fletcher was faster though1. He ran a 4.38 while Henley ran a 4.52
  12. Not clue what Bernard is doing with himself but Zay flowers put on 13lbs of muscle in 5 weeks. I would put money on Bernard not being 221- the same weight he played in college. Milano was 223 in college and it’s still his listed weight…. But he looks a lot more jacked than he did as a rookie. I’d say he looks to be around 230-235. that said- he didn’t look capable of being a starting Mike due to his size- which is why I think he’s been focusing on adding weight. If he doesn’t, he’s screwed.
  13. I haven’t really watched much of anyone outside the top 10 as I don’t think we’d be looking to draft multiple LBs (especially with 6 picks). Being that we have a huge hole @ mlb right now, I think we’d be looking at drafting guys inside the top 10. if we don’t draft a top 3- I think we’ll go with Henley, Sewell, pappoe, to’oto’o, Dorian Williams, Overshown Banks looks interesting- movement skills at the combine were impressive- Dennis is interesting- good tackler but on the smaller side and might not be able to play inside too well I’m just thinking that these guys don’t have the size McD is looking for. A Free agent prove it deal might be our best option for 23- evans, Cunningham, Jones, Littleton, van noy, Jayon brown or even Klein. Not great options- but vets that would likely be better than the guys outside the top 10
  14. Not like you asked me, but If we miss one of the top 3- I pray we don’t take a LB in rd 2. Henley would probably be the highest rated but his size scares me. He’s probably the smoothest mover of all the LBs in the draft, but I think he’ll be a big liability vs the run If we’re going to take an undersized guy that can run I’d rather wait til rd 4-5.
  15. I agree. I’ve said from the start I don’t think one of the 3 will make it to us- I just don’t think they’re worth 27 and we’d be reaching to fill a hole if drafted. I think one of them will be there into the top 1/3 of rd 2. If we miss one, so be it. Reaching is bad, especially on D (for this team) Have you watched Jack play over the last few years? He’s one of the worst LBers in the league imo. He’s shot
  16. Yeah maybe. They just signed Cole holcomb and elandon Roberts to play inside. if they took him, so be it. Personally, I don’t really love Campbell much more than Simpson and Sanders. I think we could be better off drafting Dorian Williams, Sewell, Henley, Pappoe, To’oTo’o or Overshown later on rather than taking Campbell @ 27. That said- if Campbell is the pick @ 27, I’m ok with it. I just wouldn’t love it.
  17. If he’s our first pick I really hope that we can find a way to trade down a couple times.
  18. That was really one of the stupidest things I’ve ever watched unfold on the football field. Why JP…. Whyyyyy
  19. Yup- it says that we haven’t been watching McDs defense- don’t listen to make believe Carolina fans
  20. Welcome back JP- stay healthy and you’ll be worth the 3M
  21. Good. Maybe we can get Kim Jones again this year. He’s not terrible but Giardi = pats imo. ✌️
  22. He could be a top 3 back in 2 years if he ends up in the right spot. I think he’s special and would’ve been the best back in last years draft over Walker and hall
  23. Love this- Bonnetta was the worst ever- ☮️
  24. Mcdermott told him- the last two under the radar Safeties that came in here ended up making 10M per year. You can be next, just come in and learn this year. We’ll try some exotic packages and utilize your ability along with Poyer and Hyde at the same time. He’s a versatile player and gives us something we sorely missed last year- great tackling while also having the ability to cover. Nice chess piece for a great price.
