I don’t see anything weird about what he said. It’s exactly what I’ve thought. Confidant it’s exactly how 90%+ of all bills fans feel. Just look at the guy. It’s just not the same 17. Hasn’t en’t been since halftime GB. And even worse this season. He’s had handful of games that flashed 2020-21 but he just doesn’t look right. Mentally or physically. mentally, on the sideline- same face- all game every game. Face of frustration and dejection. Mentally, making by some poor decisions with the ball. physically, running the ball. Elbow injury, Shoulder injury. Clearly not the same running the ball. I’m sure a lot has to do with the all voices in his head to slide. Don’t jump. Don’t get hurt. Maybe the shoulder is hurting more than he’s leading on. He’s not the same threat that he was. Part of the OCs job IS to get the offense into the right mindset and energy. Another part is play calling. Several aspects of the job. Inconsistent is how I’d label our offense under Dorsey. Part of that has been due to the players making mistakes. Part is on Dorsey. I feel we made the right move, albeit 9 months too late.

You don’t think the Bills have a “decent shot” at home vs Dallas? What’s a decent shot? 40% chance of wining? We absolutely have a decent shot of winning that game. It’s not like anyone has beaten the brakes off of us. We’re 1-2 plays each game from being undefeated.

He gives the best pressers of any player I can remember. We need to do whatever it takes to keep him here long term. He’s going to be a close to elite WR for 3-5 more years imo.

The defense did a good enough job vs the pats? No they did not. Take away our game…..and the pats have averaged 11.2 points a game. The patriots scored 14 in the 4th qtr vs us…. 2.8 points more than their season average per game. Our defense DID NOT do enough to win that game. They failed us. Denver, they had the lead and couldn’t get off the field Vs the 16th ranked offense to win the game. The d played solid during the game….but failed when it mattered most. I think you mean what you’re saying and I somewhat agree with your premise. I just think you aren’t totally comprehending what you are saying when you say every loss has been entirely on the offense.

Doesn’t seem like the play calling has been THE issue. Definitely one of the issues. The biggest issue imo, is the regression of our QB. Maybe it’s the shoulder injury? Maybe it’s his reluctance to run? Maybe it’s confidence. Maybe his accuracy issues are back? Probably a combination of all 4 and more. All I know is, Josh has taken a step back in recent weeks and Dorsey wasn’t able to figure it out. Can Brady? Idk, but I’m glad we held someone accountable and I’m eager to see what the change will bring and how it impacts Josh’s play.
